They hung up on me too. I think it is one of those automated data collectors that gathers data to find out the best time for a sales rep to call you to solicit. I am out of town at the moment so answering this call incurred an expensive roaming charge to my bill.

You guys are retarded.  Use the internet.  It's Telus.  You're all probably on Telus, too.  F***ing idiots.

It's Telus. I've also been ignoring calls for the past few days from 877-279-3100, which is their loyalty & retention department.

They called and I hung up on them...lol

It's Telus Customer Service calling - they're wanting me to renew my contract.

Little bit of paranoia running around I see! Not unusual I suppose. I hung up because I was at work and forgot to put my phone on vibrate.

I suppose paranoia is appropriate for the deadbeats out their not answering their phones because its probably a collection agency calling.

They've called me probably more than 10 times now between 9 and 5 and I tell them every time that they need to call back after 5.  Stupid Telus.

Didn't answer -- as only my family has this number, and I don't answer calls from #'s I don't recognize. This is the 3rd time in the past 4 days that I've gotten a call from an unknown # on my cell.

I just got one of these calls and thought I would look it up. The only plan I have with Telus is Pay & Talk, so maybe they want me to get on a contract plan, now that I have recently had my 1yr with them.

Called and didn't leave message - they better not keep calling and charging my phone for roaming.
Anyone know, can I block them??

Called today, missed the call. I tried calling the number back and it just went dead.

Hate it when they call when I'm at work, don't leave messages and then aren't available to have call backs.

I'm getting this call too everyday while I'm at work. However no matter what they say there is no way that I will be renewing my contract with them, I have been with them for 8 years and I'm so tired of the crappy customer service and crappy cell service. I'm switching to Sasktel.

Whoever they are called (i'm guessing Telus), then hung up. Kind of annoying if you can't yell at the person on the other end. If it is Telus it's only a matter of a week or two, then bye bye Telus. Hello iPhone and Rogers.
