I receive a call from this number once a week or every other week.  I've never answered it and they've never left a message, except by accident if the caller doesn't hang up the receiver, but all I could hear was other people talking on phones but couldn't make anything out.  I've called this number back and no one answers and there is no answering machine, it just keeps ringing and ringing.
