called my cell phone, and the display said "Unavailable"

I got a call from this number and they said I won a package from a bridal fair I attended..I am suppose to meet them at a hotel to pick it up...seems kind of suspicious, but Im having someone go with me to give a second opinion....anyone else get scams like tthat before?

Get hotel security or the cops to go with you as well!  Who knows what kind of people they are?

it's a telemarketer who got your number from the bridal fair.  They're out of Des Moines IA and will try to sell you cookware.   They are relentless.   They have about 8 numbers they call from and each one needs to be told "do not call"

More info on the name of this one.  It's "Royal Prestige."  I think they
sell cookware. Not sure how they got my info, but they also have a booth
at the Iowa State Fair. I recently signed up on some bridal websites, so could be that one of them "shared" (sold) my information to these people.

Yes the package is real.  They told me I was the winner of a prize at the most recent bridal show - where they got your number.  To receive I just need to pick up at a hotel they are located at for the day.  I went with my fiance thinking we just had to show up at a certain time to claim our prize, but once we got there we were informed that our prize - free pair of crystal toasting glasses - would only be given to us after sitting through a 1.5 hour presentation on cookware/china.  That was not mentioned anytime in the phone conversation.  Needless to say we walked right back out the door.  However I still get calls from this number.

Have called twice, and from what I've read this must be some sort of bridal fair telemarketer.... I do know that they are out of Des Moines Iowa.

I recently purchased a dress from David's Bridal.  Now I have all of these people contacting me via email and on the number I gave them.  Beware of giving David's Bridal too much information on your intake form.

I got a call from the same people. I investigated and found that they are legit. The product they sell is from simplicity gourmet. They are very reputable. My fiance and I went and sat through the presentation and they gave us a 2 night 3 day stay in the Bahamas. It was actually pretty fun. They told me that they got my info from theknot.com. We were very impressed by their cookware and since we bought we got another 3 day vacation. I was skeptical at first but now I am very glad we went. hope this helps

I can't take it anymore. These numbers call me at odd hours three times a day. How do you get them to stop?

well they called me 500 times too! when i called back, they said 911, what's your emergency!!! i was like what??! YOU called ME! it was really strange. they keep calling me too!!! grrr!! i did get my dress at david's bridal, so maybe it has something to do with that?

Oh My! I am having the same problem with these people, I hang up on them and they keep calling...they are super annoying and the bridal fairs too...we are getting married, not buying a restaraunt!

Yeah you would think that if they call you once and tell you that you won that that would be the end of it. I know if someone won something and did not claim it I would not continue to call them. It is a sales gimic. I know alot of people that have gone to these and won tons of stuff but you have to sit through this whole seminar and tell them no every time they try to sell something. Very Annoying.

I got my first call from these people today. I did go to a Bridal Fair and remember seeing the cookware booth and registering for their free prize. I am cautioning all my friends about bridal fairs. They are such a waste of time and source of constant harrassment!
