- Avyon| 1 replyThis is Wells Fargo financial institute. They don't give a [***] what time they call you apparently. Had a talk with one of their support people after they woke me up at 7am and didn't leave a message so I tried to tell them not to call me that early. Got some legal explanation spit at me.. Margaret was not a nice lady... You know if they actually caught up with the rest of the world and let me see my account balance online instead of wait for mail that may or may not come maybe you wouldn't have to call people at 7am!

- Can't stand big financial institutions replies to jen| 5 repliesthey do not care. They are just like citifinancial. All these companies want is your money. They could care less about excuses. Companies like this are money hungry sharks. Two of the worst companies to get hooked up with. The executives take the money get fired and still make millions. Worthless people.
- Pooh BearI have received 3 calls from this number this morning all within a 2 hours time frame. The first call was at 9:02AM, the 2nd call was at 10:15AM and the 3rd call was at 11:12 AM. Wow that many calls on a Sunday morning is a bit ridiculous. My phone is on silent because I'm working, but still it's a Sunday. I normally do not answer calls when I do not recognize the number. Common sense would be to leave a voice message, but obivously these people have none.
- Miss MirandaI'm not sure who this is, if it's Wells Fargo, they've made a BIG mistake. I paid my bill already. They have no right to call. I'll be happy when I get my taxes done and pay off the tiny bill I have to get away from this horrible company. I work for a credit union and literally half my new members are former Wells Fargo customers.

- george| 1 replythis wellsfargo people have no mercy on their customers...i was late for a day and they wanted to charge $35 for that, if we call any other credit card company they always waive the fee based on our payment history, wells fargo is nothing but man eating monsters...
- Caller: anno
- deb replies to AvyonI agree, I hate that you can't see your account balance or even amount due on line. It's crazy
- DEB replies to georgeIf I am having problems paying bills, this is always the last one I pay because they refuse to even talk to you or work with you if your are having troubles. They are annoying. Thankful for caller ID.
- TwinnThese Wells Fargo chumps are a joke! Always pay my bill on time or even before. Kept getting call after call from them and didn't know why. Didn't know who they were at first cause they never left a message so I decided to call back and found out I had a late fee for being 1 damn day late for the first time ever. Then they also wanted another $23 dollars because I didn't catch the fact that I was late one month and didn't pay it due to the fact I don't look at the bill that comes in the mail and only pay online which doesn't give u that info. They lady kept telling ne it was closing time and I couldn't speak to a supervisor then she Hung up on me. I called back and they were closed. This bank SUCKS!!!!

- TerriIt's ridiculous that a financial institution of this size cannot figure out how to create a website that has the information people need to pay their bills online. Most places want you to go paperless, this company makes that impossible. If you are someone who travels alot, it does you no good when you are out of town and your statement is sitting in your home mailbox. I also agree that their method to try and get people make a payment is inefficient and rude.

- NathanThey call me about once a day, usually some time between 11 am and 3 pm. I had a home loan with Wells Fargo, and I fell behind in my mortgage payments. So, the calls started last August and have not stopped. But, 2 weeks ago, I sold my home via short sale and they have been paid back. Still, the [***] keep calling me. Thankfully, my Uniden home phone allows me to block any phone numbers that I wish to block. I blocked that phone number, so they can't get through. They keep trying though. Pricks.

- normalI think I will just go back to the appliance store that chose to use WF and let them know how horrible they are. They even have horrible people in their local office. Must be a hiring policy. I'm thinking maybe I should post some constructive criticisms on their facebook page and tag everyone on my friend list.
- Paul wysocki| 2 repliesWells Fargo financial is pathetic! Calling at all hours. My account is current, and paid monthly. I have a 12 month payoff, then no interest attached to payoff. I am right on schedule, so stop calling! If it is not paid within the 12 months, attach the interest.

- J. Tobey| 1 replyWe try to keep up with Wells Fargo on our loan that we got to put in a new furnace and air conditioner, but they make it impossible! Even if we pay on time, at the same time, every month, SOMEHOW our minimum doubles and we end up with late fees. One month, we did pay a day or so late but we were told how much to pay and we paid it, then on the next bill we had SEVERAL late fees and when I called they said that we paid all but $4 on our bill, WE PAID WHAT WE WERE TOLD TO PAY!!! This company is absolutely horrible! I'm seriously thinking about just taking out all of my savings and getting this damn thing paid off just so I don't have to deal with these people. My husband called to get this resolved the other day and they hung up on him!

- What You Talink' Bout replies to Can't stand big financial institutions| 4 repliesPay your bill on time...you know you do owe them money! Of course all they want is money. You've already received and enjoyed your purchase. So why be mad that they are calling to collect what you owe them? Note to self: Do Not Lend Money To You! You're worthless if you incur debt and get mad because they're calling to collect!
- they don't careListen people, you all know what to do when either you pay off all debts with wells fargo or have an opportunity to have the debt transferred to another bank via refinance. GET RID OF THEM. The rates are so low now and probably won't go lower so do it and avoid the hassle of getting these harassing phone calls. We get calls before it's even due. I can understand a phone call if it's late but if you get a phone call then they shouldn't charge a late fee.
- kate billingsTo: What You "Talink" Bout,
No, I for one DO NOT owe them money. I've Never done any business with them. They are calling for someone I don't even know. They have the wrong number. But they are still calling 6 or 7 times a day, starting at 8am. They won't listen to me, are hostile and unbelievably rude.- Caller: Wells Fargo Bank

- Wildcat replies to J. TobeyYeah!! I actually paid a day early before the change of cycle so they now want to charge me a late fee AND have me pay the payment again.
- HeidiI have multiple accounts with WellsFargo. Mortgage, cards, and a retail finance account. When my mortgage is paid BEFORE the grace period ends but it's after the 1st of the month and they are calling and harassing me to find out WHEN it will be there (again, not late, not going to be late, never has been) then I suggest doing what I do. I start off by saying "F___ You every time you call me I'm going to do nothing but repeat expletives". That usually stops them for a few months, gives me a giggle and makes whoever they've got in their call center feel even more awesome about their job. I mean really how DARE they act like they're collecting a debt when it's not even flipping overdue??!?!? It's harassment. I think I may send a note to my representatives because while I believe they have every right to harass people who have NOT paid, the people who have/do should not be subjected to harassment.
