Wells Fargo Financial Bank, no message. If you call back, an automated voice tells you calls may be monitored and recorded and that they will connect you to the next available agent.

Yes it's Wells Fargo.  They now begin calling if you are 3 days late with a payment.

I get calls from these people all day long, every hour, sometimes two and three times an hour. They are looking for someone named James Larue Jenkins whom I know nothing about whatsoever. I have never done any bussiness with wells fargo. I am going to try and find ways to block these calls.

Good !  Dont ever do business with Wells Fargo Financial.  This is a bad company to deal with. Their practices are underhanded and they have hidden fee's they do not tell you about.  NEVER do business with Wells Fargo Financial.  You will suffer in the long run.

The call's start the day after your Due date in the 15 day grace periode and they call and call till they get the person they are looking for.  Speak to a lawyer because if you have a 15 day grace periode they are charging you interest during that "grace" periode. Not the interest on the loan but this is extra interest added onto the loan for going into the grace periode. Your bill will reflect "interest short" on your monthly bill.  When you call and ask about this you get told its not a late fee or penalty its because you went over your due date into the grace periode.  STAY away from Wells Fargo Financial!

I use to think 4 years ago that wells fargo financial was awesome when they financed me after getting stuck in a bad refinance with a mrotgage broker. long story short wells fargo financial is just as crooked as any other bank. I am 1 day past my 5 day grace period and this horrible rude guy calls me insisting I should manage my money better????? plan and save so my house taxes when due, do not interfere with my mortgage payment???? I am so furious right now I would do anything to get away from them!!

I totally agree with all of the other comments. I am stuck in this mortgage and they are getting to be annoying. I have ALWAYS made my payments (7 yrs. now) and they call harassing me while I am still in my grace period! Last month I even paid more than the minimum due. Unbelievable!

Ruthless, they lie to you, I am a payment behind and they keep trying to make agree to a short sale because they say there is no way I will ever get caught up.  How do they know?  The fees they are charging me are horrendous and they keep threatening repossession at 40 days late.  I don't even think they can do that.  Keep calling me at work even though I tell them not to.  Just have someone different call who says 'Oh, I didn't know'.  VERY BAD COMPANY!!!!

I read all the blogs and agree with each one. I was a month behind a year ago and I called to work things out with them. The guy told me they would refi to bring payments down but only if I were to get up to date with the payments. Once up to date I was told they couldn't help me. Talk about crooked liars. I have not missed a monthly payment since.  I was late by 10 days and I get calls like 10 times a day. And they call on Sundays during church time. I thought they couldn't call before 8 am or after 9 pm. That's a lie. They call whenever they want. They received their payment this month and I'm still getting calls. I'm up to date. I don't get it!

    UGH!
I have had my mortgage with them for 13 years.  As long as I paid within the grace period by the 10th of the month, I never heard from them.  Within the last few months, once I make my payment online after my due date and WITHIN my grace period  they start to call a few times a day.  Their sole purpose of calling is to acknowledge my payment and find out why I did not make the payment on the due date.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME??  They will eventually stop calling and will start again should I pay even a day past my due date next month.  Whatever!
