I answered the called and it said something about lowering the interest rate on your credit card. "press 1" if you like to proceed. I pressed one just to see what would happen. A woman from "call center"  immediately answered. She couldn't tell me what company she worked for. I have two credit cards so that's why I was asking her. She said she would have to get my information in order to start the process. I told her I was not interested and hung up. I would recommend not answering to this number and especially not give any information to the person on the other end. It seemed weird. *Remember, your credit card company ALREADY has your information. Why would they need to ask for it again?

I also got this call,I answered it and it said the same. I have been getting scam calls alot lately so I just hung up.
If anyone gets a call from this number just hang up.

Our old friend Rachel from Card Services. I pressed "1" and waited through the queue to speak to their representative. When I asked the woman her name, the call was terminated.

Isn't it about time Congress did something about this?

just got the call at 11;30 i didnt answe but i try to call back and i just got disconnected.. it say Iowa on the call it id

I was on another call on my cell phone when call from this number showed up... No message... I do not return phone calls to numbers I don't recognize.

I picked up the call and no one said anything so I hung up.

Please report this to the FTC. They are working on prosecuting calls like this and could use information about when, where, etc. to back up their claims. They have a good website with a phone number. They also recommend hanging up on these calls and not engaging with them.

Call my cell while I was making a turn.  Scare me in the middle of the driving.  They should stop calling people's cell phone because one of these days, they can get somebody killed in this way.  

They did not even say a word on the phone.  Extremely annoying....

They called and didn't leave a voice mail and didn't call back. Most likely spam. Didn't bother calling back

Called my cell..did not leave message. I too do not pick up if I don't recognize the number. What is the point of the "Do not call" list??

Just got that call as well. Auto-bot said she was with "card services" and I hung up.

Called few minutes ago. .didn't answer. .left no message

I received the same call, missed it and tried to return it only to have the return call fail.  I do note that nearly simultaneously I received a solicitation call on the home line, so suspect that its is from someone with a list with both numbers (which coincidentally are both on my state and national "do not call lists"

They called, 8 seconds in no one responded to my "hello?" so I hung up. From Iowa apparently.
