lse - 12 Jun 2007I rec'd 3 calls from 515-364-8750 within a 15 min time frame. The first time I told them that we were having dinner and he still continue to talk i hang up. the second time i did not ans. but they did not leave a mess. the third time my husband ans. and give me the phone I told her that this was the third call within 15 mins and she hang up. I filed a complain with the National Do Not Call Registry. I hope this helps.

It seems that the number has been reassigned.
"My name is Sgt. T. Camp at the Cedar Rapids Police department. I was forwarded this call info to your phone. However, this is not something we would investigate. you do not live in our jurisdiction so your local law enforcement agency would have to handle this. Although, I did do a little checking into the name and address that you gave as the suspects. The address comes back to a local Nursing home. I did check to see if those name James & Lillian Kelty lived there. Lillian did but she died last year. James preceded her in death before she ever came to live in the home. The Prefix of 515 comes back to the Des Monies area some 90 miles from Cedar Rapids. I can not help any further, please contact your local police"

dmorris - 13 Jun 2007If they have been calling your cell phone you can file a report with your local police dept. If they call your land line you can file a report with your phone company.
You can also file a complaint with National Do Not Call list.

R.D. Baker - 12 Jun 2007On Monday, June 11, shortly after 12 noon, I began receiving phone calls from 515-364-6750. I received a total of 19 calls from this number by 8 PM. I missed most of the calls, but the three times that I spoke with the caller, I noticed that (A) it sounded like the same caller each time (B) the caller claimed to be representing a different organization each time (C) English was not the caller's primary language. When I finally asked the caller how he obtained my phone number, he read back my email address to me for verification. The email was correct. (And it is a fairly new email address, less than four months old).
Caller: Gave different company names each time.

surlysue - 22 Jun 2007I did not receive calls from this number until I posted my resume on Monster and Career Builder. The very next day I received about 6 calls from this number (like most people, I do not answer unless I recognize the number). No messages were ever left.

D. K. Hill - 22 Jun 2007I too received several calls on this number. Very anoying, however, since I have a trusty dusty Sun Rocket account, I can block these without any further incident. Just as a note, I just posted my Resume' on Monster.com too about 4 hours and i've received 12 calls so far. I caught the last message fast enough that some poor schmuck was on the other end trying to sell me some training stuff. I'm figuring I given my number away into telephone solicitors database that get sold to many different companies. The rack up the phone number from the varies companies where you've freely submitted it and sell it to other companies. (Information Mining Operation). Then it gets queued up in a auto-dialing system that keeps calling you until it gets through with the poor schmo.. These are information mills and sales farms. Thousands of number to reap a few suckers.. I guess it pays off...

btrfly - 15 Jun 2007They have been calling me also in New Jersey... The calls started after I read an online ad to receive a free Xbox.. ( I know I know) to receive the X Box I had to meet some requirements like signing up for other stuff, like a 6 month trial for a phone service, or online schooling... anyway after about 16 pages of stuff I got fustrated and cancelled what I was doing. Unfortunately by this time I had given my adress, phone number and e-mail address.... this iowa number 515.364-6750 along with a few others has called me non-stop. I have received 20 calls today from the Iowa number... this stinks
