Caller ID says Des Moines IA. I know people in that city, so I answered. The male voice said he was calling from "Customer Service" and asked if I could hear him. I asked "Customer service for what company?" Instead of answering my question he said "Good, you can hear me", then started in on some kind of spiel thanking me for something. I hung up and now have them blocked.

They want to to say yes so they can fake a recording with you supposedly accepting some offer.

Automated call, asked me if I could hear and I said "yes", then realized they may have been trying to get that word out of me. Immediately hung up.

Just called me, I didn't answer but they didn't leave a voicemail either.

We get calls constantly from 5155287958. No message ever. Sick of it!

Allen these people will call every number in an exchange from xxx - 0000 - 9999. This number also called me on 10-23-15 and no message left. Number now blocked.

I just got a call from this number, I do not answer any calls I do not recognize the number. These scammers  from overseas use a computer program to create fake names and numbers. They also make these calls from a computer. If you block this number they will just call  you from a new number. Have anyone ever wonder how these scammers from overseas got your number or name. If you want to blame someone, blame the American companies for hiring these scammers for cheap labor. The calls will never stop, not unless we the people do something about it, speak to anyone that will listen.

Since I live only 20 miles from this area code I answered. It was a recoded message saying I had won an all expense paid trip to the Bahamas. All I needed to do was answer a short survey. I hung up and blocked the number.

Didn't answer, as I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  Called it back on my office phone, and it was disconnected.   Put it on my auto-reject list.

You knew it was a junk phone call without answering.  Wow you must have ESP.

He started asking questions not waiting for the answers. I asked if I could have his home number so I could call him anytime and ask him stupid questions... He hung up! Go figure

Got call 11/28/15 at 6:30 and nobody said anything when machine picked up. will just delete as always, I never answer unknown numbers and always check out the area code in the phone book, said Des Moines, IA
