Received phone call from, on ID, 1-515-789-7889 and when answered - nothing. Called number back, with whistle in hand for maximum effect, but got nothing but the chimes followed by "this number has been disconnected or cannot be completed as dialed". I called again and got some recording about your call cannot be completed as dialed and then something about contacting customer service...2414???? At what number? Thanks phone company-they can call you but you can't call them?????? What's up with that garbage?

Just called me too!  Woman said she was calling about a credit card and wanted me to punch numbers to get a lower rate.  I don't have a credit card and she never said which one anyway.  Must be a scam or trick!

Got calls from this number all day today---called back several times only to not even be able to connect and actually make the call. This is a scam--do not answer it! Think about it...who does ANYONE know from Dexter, Iowa anyway?

Just got a call.  The message said 'Card Services' and this was my final notice.  When I got a live person she would only say she was from Card Services and I asked but which credit card company.  She wouldn't answer and then hung up on me.  Definitely some kind of scam because you can't call them back.

Man this is BULL why have a no call registry if it is not only not being inforced but nothing happens to the jerks that ignor it, I was even nice and tried to talk to the guy on the phone from this number, I dont have any credit cards and am not getting one any time soon, so wth.......where can one go to get this sort of harrasement stopped?????? And why can they call us yet we can not call back or even complain, I had one of these last week and it was a privaet number, so not all the numbers shown are the actual number, isn't this fraud?

Got a call from this number ID "Dexter" with a recorded message about our current credit card account. A hoax.

Just got a call from this number. Auto call telling me to stay on the line to lower my rates on my credit card. That this would be my last call. Promise!!! I waited round & pushed 1 to talk to someone. When a person got on the phone - I told him that I wanted removed from the calling list. Before the words were out of my mouth- he hung up on me. I tried calling back. You can't call these fakes! Scam!

Received a call from this number, Caller ID showed Dexter, IA. Left a message about the credit card rates, etc. The good news is that my phone can block numbers (saved me from, no joke, about 85 calls from some Leukemia foundation!). The bad news is that the Dexter call was the third such call I received just today, each one with a different number and area code. Identical message, though. It is a scam and they are using several different numbers to stay under the radar.

Calls from this number come in as ID unavailable.  So far when I answer they have disconnected so I haven't spoken with anyone.  They just keep calling.

Same old same old scam turds.  Tried the FCC with some of these numbers and nothing there.  I guess that we as citizens need to go to dexter or montana which is where some numbers are calling from and just kick some a__!!!!!!!

They just called me now and I didn't pick up nor did they leave a message. When they don't leave a message then you know it must be a SCAM! Yes..WHY have a "no call registry" if they can still continue to call and harrass us all?????? wtf???? Next time they call me I will go along with them then blow a whistle as well! I suggest we all do that!

got a call from them tonight- the recording said to "press 1 to lower your credit card rate" - so I PRESSED 1 to get a LIVE person to tell to remove me from their list and as soon as I got the live person, I said I'd like this number to be removed.... they hung up on me

same number showed here and i called it back and it said it was not a working number
