Got a call from a Dominic Jones and Robert Colwen at this number, they are frauds! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!

Caller id says Carlisle, IA.  No message was left and when I tried to call them, just moments later, the number had been disconnected.

disconnect when calling back.. i'd love to report these harassing clowns

This is a  third party collection collection agency. The buy old charged off debts for pennies on the dollar and then try to scare people to pay them as much as they can scam out of them. If you get more than one phone call a day from them record them and keep track of their numerous phone numbers ,then report them to the attorney general of your state, most likely they are violating state statutes of most of the United States. Or just don't answer their call .

Called my number today, did not leave a message. If they are a legitimate collection agency then they would have left a message. If we owed any money out we would have received a letter in the mail. However, we are not in arrears with anyone at this date so, they must be frauds.....

Not entirely sure who this is, but if they are Portfolio Recovery Associates as perhaps indicated by previous posts, they certainly should not be calling me anymore.  Most likely an auto-dialer.

The guy told me that he could save me on my credit card debt. (I have not credit card debt.) I asked how much and he said ho much what? So I asked how much could he save me? then he say they couldn't save me money but are a debt consolidation. I told them great. I asked him to confirm my name (he called a work number) and he called me Dick Face and hung up. This phone number is originally ported through Qwest and the folks there told me to call the police. I called back twice and got a busy signal and the third time it was disconnected.

The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Received a call on my cell from this number: 515-989-9889 and let it go to voicemail.
The partial message I got was from a robocaller with a female voice offering what sounds like a credit card debt counseling service.

this evening (6/16/11), Received a robo-call on my cell phone, woman's voice, saying she had important information about my credit card....I then hung up.

We just got a call here from that number at my job's main phone number. They hung up on me when I answered. Caller ID said: Carlisle, IA 515-989-9889. I tried calling the number back but it has been disconnected.

These people are jerks and rude. I pressed #1 to speak to someone. They told me they would lower my credit card rates via Equifax.  I told them I have no balances and started to ask them to remove me from there caller list...they hung up before I could even finish.  From reading other posts everyone posts that they are collection people. I guess I'm confused as I don't own anybody and money from the past for present!!!  Very irritating.

Received a call on my cell from 515-989-9889.  As to take me off his call list.  Also asked him the name of his company and his manager because I am on a PA do not call list and the National do not call list.  We got into a shouting match. I called him a MFer and ask him who is paying him $3.50 an hour to work in a sweat shop.  He got into it also said he was my employer and wanted me to pay my taxes due.  Finally he he hung up.  Called verizon, as I do everytime I get a TM call.  Verizon cannot do anything but I feel they should be called whenever I get telemarketing on my cell.

I received a phone call from this number today and about 5 minutes later I called it back and I got a message telling me that number is disconnected or no longer in service!!!!!

Tired of these type of calls. What good is the do not call list anyway.

reduce your credit card rate... I pushed 3 for supposed removal from list. When I called back out of curiosity it said "this number has been disconnected." Definitely Fraud.

received a call left no message I will not call back thanks to the pervious caller information I don't owe anyone money so no problem there.

This number is not respecting the Do Not Call list.
