4/29 10:48  So sick of this scam.  Claiming I have been nominated and eligible for medical alert device and $1,000 in grocery coupons.  Keep changing number and unable to block all of them.  About to refer to NOMOROBO since it continues to ring to voicemail and leaves an obviously recorded message.  I have had an alert device for several years and this is such a bunch of garbage.  

Wish we knew where this stuff comes from and who is selling our numbers.

Said I was referred by a medical specialist. Said could receive up to $1,000 in grocery-savings coupons for products I already use.

How I know this to be false:  I have never seen a doctor, as I was raised by wolves. Similarly, I have never visited a grocery store -- all my food is hunted from the wild.

Which one of the 2 wolves founding Rome were you? I sure hope you're not 'Mildew Wolf' from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon 'It's the Wolf!'

Telemarketer. Left message. I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST (that means don't call me, I'll call you!)

Someone from this number just phoned.  Caller ID shows it as belonging to a Vincent P. Hauck.  Did not leave a message

Just got a call from this number. Called ID displayed only the number. I did not pick up.

call time 11.05am

autodialed caller with recorded message....something about my package and saving $$$$

Yes, I too have received the same call.  Sadly lately this type of calls have increased in the number of times my landline has rung.  Do not call list is useless.  As soon as you block one number they get you with another number.  Somehow this increase in calls started when we switched from AT&T and went to Comcast.  Coincidence ???  Maybe.

Medical Device

5-1-14  called but left no msg. no caller id info. i assume telemarketing or scam

Received a call from this number, which I did not recognize or answer. There was a message left about a Medical Device, and some other crap!! I am on the Do not call list , but a lot of good that does!!

I received this message an hour ago stating the same as everyone else, the best part is I couldn't hang up.
When I hung up and then picked up for a dial tone the message was still playing. Within minutes I called this number
back and a recorded message from Verizon Wireless saying that this number is no longer in service.

Caller ID "Vincent Hauck P" … MAY 1@10:13am EDT …I do not answer calls I don't know. Message left on answering machine is about a FREE Medical Alert System. 800notes indicate a SCAM. Called number back and it is OUT OF SERVICE.

These people got around a call rejection program from Century Link.  What did these low life people do before they started ripping people off?  They even left a message (LOUDLY) at 8:40 this morning.  First ones to leave a message.  Like I am going to call them back.  LOL

Some of the bad ones are not even USA based, so there is no regard for the do not
call list. It does not matter whether your phone provider is att, comcast etc. They
do troll ads such as on craigslist and your other activity. You can use the blocking
features of your service, to at least block that specific number from calling again.

Love caller ID!  If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up.  Caller rang four times before disconnecting.  I always make a note of the number and check 800 Notes.  I'm seldom disappointed.

EX each time you call an 800 or 888 or 877 number, you have just given
the company you called your own number even with outgoing blocking
enabled. It is called ANR (automatic call recognition). Some area code
based numbers are also using ANR. That is one way they get your
phone number.

So be careful who you call ! You can use the blocking
features of your service, to at least block that specific number from calling again.

It seems that they are very busy calling today. Didn't recognize the name or number, didn't pick up. I'm glad that I didn't after reading these comments.
