hi,people my name is carlos this is to inform you people if u receive a call from this number please reply them as its a loan company i have received the loan from this company named american finance association mark is very good and is very help full guy have received my loan in just 15 minuets have gave them some references of my known once they have also got there loan so please do not neglect there call. Iam very happy that i have a loan officer like him

I was shammed out of 530 dollars. and keep getting told only 5 10 min and I was told that for 3 hrs and still nothing. so yea don't do it.. my lost your gain .. it sucks but what can I do..

Funny Carlos because I was trying to get a loan from them and they cost ME $374.95 in advance of the loan to #1 prove that I could make the payments of $205.00 and then to pay for international taxes, and they they wanted $118.00 because they said MY BANK was charging them this to make the transfer to my account!  When I decided I did not want to do business with them and that I wanted a refund they became rude, disrespectful and told me that If I did not pay the $118.00 I would not get MY MONEY for 45 days!  It has been 4 months and I have yet to receive my money. Now I have reported them to the FTC, FBI, NY Attorney General and the NY BBB.  These [people are foreigners, this is a scam. I tried calling yesterday to speak to the Sr. Finance Manager ...Mr. Michael Fernandez and wanted to hold until he was available. I was told to "SHUT UP" and then the ignorant woman hung up on me!  THIS IS A BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!

These people are crooks they have this scam going on and try to get more money. This idiot Mark Robinson claims to have a daughter with cancer and this is the only way to get the monet for her treatment...they steal from unsuspecting people!!! Please file a report with the FBI, FTC, BBB, Attorney General...someone needs to stop them!

You need to call them insatiably for hours...516-324-2125 get everyone you can to call them and tie up their phones. I am tired of scammers!

got a call from this number , The man stated he works for the state of ???? dept of grants and I qualify for a grant of 9,000 dollars ..... I laughed and he said all you have to do is give me your bank info lol I SAID REALLY DO YOU THINK IM CRAZY !!!!! HE HUNG UP LOL

I inquired  about a loan, I was approved for 500 with 140.00 payments a month. I was asked to purchase a 20.00 game card in good faith, in which I did. After I made the purchase I called Mark, I was told it would be immediately deposited. Its been 3 hrs, I have called several times in which im either hung up on or told the funds will be deposited. The woman was very rude, and Mark hasn't answered my calls. now, I will be going to close my account. I would not recommend to anyone.

This has been happening to me all week from multiple numbers. I'm on call for work, so I have to answer my phone. IIt's a robo dialer possibly on a VOIP system from overseas. The accent is usually foreign, Asisan or Indian. These are scammers, trolling for information to get you to provide your DOB, SSN and tell you that you opened a Pay Day Advance Loan. It's a scam. Do not answer any of their questions. Tell them you are calling the FBI and CIA, they quickly hang up. Numbers from NY, CA, FL and TX area codes are used. I've reported it to Verizon Wireless and alerted my bank to monitor any suspicious activity. I did not give the scammers any information.

They end me to cvs to buy a paypal green card for 4.95, then wanted to me put 102.00 on card...the cashiew in cbs told me not to do it cause its a scam............she said it happen to few ppl before...they also wanted my bank account number and routing number, of course not..............also the woman angela kept me on phone from my house to cvs for 20 min.....and was on phone with me while i was in cvs.....thanks to cashier

Not only are they calling me but I rec'd a very detailed set of documents showing me what my PMT schedule would be for a loan of $3000 BUT FIRST I needed to make 2 pmts of $180.00 for Jan & Feb.  Where's my MONEY? NY - CA - FL or TX? Wish I had NEVER heard of e-loans!

They are doing they same thing to my 10 year old daughter. They've called about 20 times today fro 3 different numbers. When I called them back they said she had applied for a loan.

Hi, here is my advice.
first, call your credit card company, if necessary, talk to their legal department.  this is what I did months ago, I got such passion from them, they said, don't worry about it, we will at no charge send you a new card, and charge the amount back to them.
Sense then, I've gotten phone calls, and they blocked their caller ID.

I made it clear to him that I cancel your service via my credit card company, due to you failing communication.
Ridiculous. put on hold for hours, then cut off. that is not customer service.
He did not give me a change to say: your Performance is totally unacceptable, and you failed the contract.

Now, then, if people reading this have a smart phone, you can now block numbers automatic just by going back to the last call rec;d and block their number.

The next time this jerk calls, he will not get through.

yes, by all means, cal the FBI, FCC, POLICE and so on. from that phone number. it can and will be traced.
however, if this jerk is from outside the USA, it makes it harder to track him down.

The more people that complain the better results, please relaxed. somehow it will get resolve.

That's funny that it's a loan cause they called and said something was wrong with my computer and that I needed to let them in. And then they called from the same number and said it was a loan place. A little fishy to me.

Total scam! They called me and I assume calling from different numbers with difference company names. Offering a loan for $1000 @ 12% interest paying $94 a month pay off. I said so you are only making like $128 for 12 months of loaning me $1000. Then they explained I would have to pay them $105 for processing fees and some other bs. I told I wasn't doing that, I was calling them because I need the money & they hung up. I have read online that they are just taking your money and you get nothing. I have not come across any internet searches in which someone said they got money from the company.

Just for your future information, advance fee personal loans are illegal in the US. If some "lender" wants money up-front, he's a fraud. No exceptions! If the "lender" claims that he's a foreign loan company & that US laws don't apply, he's a fraud! If a "lender" mentions a pre-paid card, for ANY reason, he's a fraud! If a "lender" mentions Western Union, he's a fraud! It's all just as simple as that.
