Called trying to collect health insurance information for an accident that never happened!

This is a scam,  do not fall for this. A guy named Jack called and said he was from St Luke's medical center and wanted to speak to someone in HR about a workers comp case. He said my number was listed on Google as a contact number (false) and begged in the message to be called back.

SCAM!!!!! Don't fall for it!

They told me they were from jacobi, hospital, they needed my insurance policy information, I told them to call my lawyer, be very careful, report this number

First I have to mention that this form letter resembles all the fake "Your Car Warranty is about to Expire" and to please call them ASAP, I just shred the annoying snail mail junk. I received this letter 09/01/2020 from: JZANUS, LTD, Medical Dept., 1230 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, NY 11010. Email: customers@jzanus. The letter says signed by: Cordell Hall, Account Rep. and to call number: 914-681-2152.  Within 2 weeks after letter arrived I received 2 calls, the first call left no message. Second call did leave a VM. The connection was so bad I had to replay it many times just to write down the call back number (+1-800-827-8206). How do these people get a hold of the correct account # ? They just guessed at a date to type in, as I had many hospital visits for tests from July thru October. Plus all the bills have been paid by my insurance and the small copays had also been paid online or snail mailed in before I receiving the phone calls!!!
It is always better to be vigilant and NEVER trust what your gut says feels OFF... Your first instinct is always right!!!!

Suspected scam. Similar to a previous post, received call regarding no fault insurance information (needed) for accident that had never occurred.  Odd that the original call / claim was from Bronx Lebanon Hospital which is in a different area code than the call originated from (516) 775-1706 (and calling this number back you get fast busy).  The call back number (516) 326-0808 does not answer.  Tried multiple times.

I received a call from this number ex3336. Maria from White Plains Hospital.  She left a voice mail to call her back.  Checked the number 516 326-0808 on this site and found out it is a scam.

I’m glad I didn’t answer it because I was in a no fault accident.
