    Received a call from this number today.  The caller ID shows "Cell Phone NY".  The gentleman on the phone is heavily accented and claims to be from Cadence Debt Services... and immediately goes into his sales pitch about debt servicing, monthly balances, and other nonsense.

    I cut him off, asked him who he was and what the company names was, and then promptly told him I manage my own debt and for him to remove my phone number from his call list.

    A quick seach on the internet returned nothing.
