They claim to be the IRS. That I have a issue with my taxes and I don't.

Called regarding a "legal case" with my taxes.  Scam

re:  516-515-7523  He called 8/25/2014.  He said someone made a legal case about me reg. my taxes.  Scam.    He misrepresented himself saying he was calling from the IRS.  THE IRS DOESN'T CALL.  THEY WRITE.  THEY SEND LETTERS VIA USPS WITH THEIR IRS LOGO.    Scam.  Scum.  I reported him in  ATTY. PATRICK J. FITZGERALD, JR.'S BLOGPLAGE WHICH IS READ BY THE FBI.  I WILL ALSO REPORT HIM TO THE FBI TOMORROW.   His answering machine said his name is Peter Anderson---how can that be?  He has a very thick accent.    The people behind this scam should be fined and sent to prison.

I was advised to also report him t the IRS so that the IRS and the FBI can get him/then.  He crossed state lines--so the FBI can get him.  I wonder what other scams they are into.

I got a irs  voice mail claiming need to call now then I got a text days later from 347-441-2347 what a joke did they think I would fall for it on two diff numbers from this number I had to call to get a laugh when he answered he had no idea who I was stupid scammers
