This phone call came in at 8:00PM last night -foreign speaking gentleman -wanted me to check my computer as there was a concern with it working properly--I said my computer was ok and hung up --another scam phone number?

This number keeps calling me over and over. Last night I had 5 calls and now 1 today, when I answer no one is on the line and then it hangs up.

I received the same type of call and the same message and I hung up also

Called.  Line dead upon answering.

This number called saying my computer reported that I had malicious software. I told him he must think I'm a fool to fall for this crap. Total scam!

Please remove me from your call list.

just received a call and voicemail stating tax fraud and im going to get arrested if I don't call back??????????

Received a call from this number 10:30AM, sounded like someone from a call center in maybe India. Said that he with "Windows Support Center" and that they showed that my computer had some sort of virus. I told him that was "[***]" and that the first thing he screwed up was by not saying "Microsoft" windows support center, because one thing they like to toss out there is their name. I also told him that Microsoft doesn't call anyone, why would they when they have the internet? And can fix any security breach with one of their many updates, as they always have in the past. And it would take many years to call everyone with a "Windows" problem because that would be just about everyone. I told him to not call me again, and to take his [***] scam somewhere else.

Just got a call from 516-555-0137...I did not recognize the number so I let it go to Voice Mail. When I listened to the voice message it told me that I was in danger of going to prison because of tax fraud. She told me that if I did not respond to this call it would be an admission of guilt and that I would be arrested.  The number that she gave me to call back was 240-232-2197. I did not call back, instead I looked up the number and made a post.

516-555-0137 has called more than once. 516 is an up state NY area code. This call came up on Caller ID as Directory Assistance. They didn't even wait for the beep. Not sure is this is a spoof with the Dir. Asst, # or if it really is them.  But I don't talk to people I don't know, who want information so nevermind

Guy sounding like a mobster called mispronouncing my name and, upon requestidentified himself as  Ken Parker with High Tech Solutions, something about solar and saving money on PSEG rising energy costs "that spinny thing on the side of your house". Started to say I'm not overstated and please remove me from call list, and he interrupted rudely shouting over me that this is not a sales call and something else. Creepy.
