They call and ask directly for the owner, making you think they know who he is.  When you say they are not available they just say they will call back and hang up.  I've spoken to them three times over the past week and they have done the same thing all three times.

They call asking for an old employee name.
I inform them that employee is no longer with us and how could I help them?
They then ask for new owners name/info.
I decline to give out that information and ask again how I could help them and they promptly hang up.

Waste...Sales calls-  seems... Need to get some education if they trying to sell a product.
In this case 'insurance' - only want to talk to the owner of the business....
Never identify  use a first name - as if the owner is a friend.. Real morons.Well

Aflac is the worst. They don't respect requests to not call again.

have called for me three times in the last 10 minutes- get the hint you are just going to keep getting my voicemail- no idea who you are and since you are so annoying would not consider doing business with you anyway

Same called me like 5 times asks for the owner, and hangs up when I tell them what the call is about same guy usually who calls asks for the owner by his first name

You're absolutely correct, they are horrendous. I repeatedly have received calls from them. The call ID usually says RRM, but when I answer they say it's AFLAC. I've repeatedly stated that I'm on the DNC list and to please remove me, yet they call and sometimes twice in the same week. The last time, I told the man "you repeatedly call despite the fact that I've asked to be taken off your call list. I have no need for your services". To which he replied " well, if you'd listen maybe you'd learn...." to which I told him to burn in hell and hung up before he could complete his sentence. I'm sure I'll be hearing again!!
