calls nonstop on cell ph, no message left

Calling my cell phone.  Twice in one hour.  STOP

We have received numerous calls from this number making a pitch for us to convert our home to solar energy.

It is against the law to robo call/auto dial a cell phone.  Call your carrier and let them know.  It was enacted  many years ago before the unlimited programs they offer now.  I had  800 numbers from ATT.com call me every day even though I blocked everyone of them they used they were still able to leave a message. Which was some man with a foreign accent saying I had money on an account... disgusting.  What was creepier was there is no phone number record of them calling you. Just me calling to retrieve the message.  It took 3 months of reporting every time they called to file the compliant and calling my cell phone carrier. What's even worse is that 800 numbers are not listed and you are unable to find the company that it belongs to.

No Caller ID information provided.  Presumed telemarketer.

Four calls within half hour.  No message left.  When I called their number back I was sent to message saying the number I called was a non-working number.  

Called on my cell.  I didn't pickup.  Didn't leave message.  Blocked call on my cell.

Began calling at 8:30am on7.10.14

Received about 10  calls on a business line over the past week advising I was eligible for solar energy assistance from another number, 408-338-0987.  Another time there was a message when I used a redial function, this number516-629-0361.  When I attempted to call back both numbers, reached a message stating number does not work as dialed.  This morning when I received the call, I waited for the prompt which says, for more information, press 5 which I did.  A woman by the name of Brooke answered from 'Green Energy'  when I asked them to stop calling me, she hung up.

Called, no message. Numerous solar pitches over last several days from all states/area codes.

Same with a previous post about Sunnyvale, CA calls; with previous posts how come this number does not show up as a choice on the main screen options of 800notes.com other than pay for sites to find info.  408-338-0987 (Sunnyvale, CA), 410-775-5932 (Union Bridge, MD) & this from Glen Head, NY all in the past two days - - how many more numbers do they have for solar, renewable or green energy will appear?  Any number displaying only a number & out-of-state id WILL NEVER BE ANSWERED; if message left & important / client, we will call back!  

Constant calls to my cell with no message. I put them on auto reject.

Robocall saying the State is offering energy relief/tax credit.  

Got a call from them at 8:40 this morning--it was a robo call.  I just picked up and heard a message and immediately started punching numbers in from the key pad.  Apparently, that connected me to a live person and I continued punchiing the number in and a very irrate man kept screaming "Are you finished? Are you finished?"  I thought it was pretty funny that he was irrate since he interrupted me.  The caller ID was from Glenhead, NY.

They have called my home telephone number several times.. When I call back, get a weird busy tone.

I am on all Do Not Call Lists. 516-629-0361 (New York on my caller ID) called me twice on Thursday 10/23: 4:40pm and 5:13pm. I did not recognize the ph # but answered on second call. This was a recorded message that said to the effect: "This is not a sales call. New SEI Federal Mandates mandate a reduction in your electric bills. Live agents will provide information. Press 9 to connect while the incentives are still available. The enrollment period ends soon. ..." At 7:09pm I got this same recorded call from (Colorado) 719-822-1220.
