Received several calls from this number, no message ever left.  Tried calling back and got 'WCA subscriber services - this number if for subscribers only - we do not recognize the number you are calling from' - I then got an option to enter my number to unsubscribe - it says to allow 7 business days to remove my number from their database.  I'll provide an update if it continues to happen

From Starnet Paetec--message was for anyone who had type 2 diabetes and had taken some drug.  The option to stop receiveing calls was #3, which I gladly hit.  Sounds like a lawyer looking for law suit customers.

They've called a number of times the last few months.  Saw them - STARNET PAETE - in Caller ID, didn't pick up.  They don't leave messages.

Last time they called I picked up the phone and blew a LOUD whistle into;  they haven't called again!

I have been called by this number at 1100 pm. I am going to block them. I called them and I actually got on with an agent. The guy didn't sound like he knew what he was saying. I hung up and called back and it said I am not registered so now I have to wait 7 days until they stop calling me. Hopefully.

I received a letter, supposedly from Reader's Digest and I was to call this number ((516) 726-3294) or 1-800-571-0541. I called and I'd won $1,000,000!!! He asked me some "computer generated" questions, and while he asked the name of my bank, he didn't ask for my account number. I will receive my cheque tomorrow by UPS and they will ask for two pieces of I.D., but when I called R.D. they said the letter is fake, the supposed President and CEO is not Robert Guth nor would the letter have been signed by the President/CEO. So, tomorrow I will take this cheque to the bank and see what they have to say about it. I suspect we will be alerting the fraud squad. I will bring the letter as well.

You know what the saying is, if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. Also, he had an accent which sounded like he was from the Islands, but claimed he was from France. In what lifetime I wondered. PT Barnum was right, there's a sucker born every minute. I should have called RD first, but if I can help stop this scam, I'll feel better than had I done nothing. Beware!!!
