They called at noon hour expecting someone in my office to answer...believing it is a personal call for them.  I didn't answer.  We don't do business in NY.  There was no message.  

This is a personally run business who cold calls. They Are Called "One Way Funding". I have no idea on the legitimacy of their business but they do cold call...

Cold calling with a pre-approved loan. Totally basing their business on law of averages, and calling cell phones which is illegal.

Called today. I answered but didn't say anything. Silence for 20 seconds then hung up. I blocked the number.

Called no vmail left

Automated message about pre approved funding.

A man told my child we owed him 25 grand.

This number keeps calling daily.  They usually call and leave no msg.  Then they call again two minutes later and the same.  They should be cautioned to quit this intrusive method of making calls.

Automated call for scam loan. Would not disengage call.

They left a voicemail, here's the contents:

"Yes Hi, this is Ryan Lewis from One Way Funding. I recently sent you out a letter with a check attached for a working capital loan or a line of credit for your business. I was just following up with you to see if you have any questions about it or if you wanted to price out some money. Give me a call back at  516-730-9965. Again, its Ryan Lewis,  516-730-9965. Have a wonderful day."

I'm glad I found this report about One Way Funding being a scam. Avoid them

I received a check in the mail for almost 7k and said I had been approved for a loan. Guess there not only doing calls anymore. How do they obtain our business information? Do they run our companies for loans? This can hurt the company can it not?

Take the check and envelope to the post office & have it forwarded to the postal inspectors.

You did not apply for a loan, did you?  If not, do not cash the check!!

Repeatedly calls insisting that immediate action be taken on a "Pre-Approved" business loan. Have requested to be removed from the list several times but calls continue. Filed a complaint with FTC today because they do not honor the Do Not Call request.

My caller identified himself as Ryan Willis. I guess they have changed the name. Same company though.

Its a waste of time asking these a******s to stop calling and remove my number so here is their address 960 Broadway, Hicksville NY their toll free number is 877 261 3606 so go ahead do what we do we have six phone lines and keep calling their toll free number, hey its not costing me

These fools one named Chris one named Crystal call me EVERY AFTERNOON just about the time I have a 1 1/2 commute home. I turn up the radio in my car and hit re-dial (speaker on) and continue to call until I reach home. This makes them nuts I've had the Fbomb dropped on me, I will continue to call just like they do us

They will never quit calling. But, do what I do...when I have a few minutes, I call them 516 730 9965 and try to sell them random crap from my office. Today we have a special deal on slightly used ball point pens.
