Anybody know who this is? I didn't answer, because I don't know anybody in NYC.

Called back and said this is not a working number-scam artists use bootleg numbers like this

Caller used the wrong name and said he was calling about a mortgage.  This is a scam or telemarketing call.  If you are on the do not call list, report this number.

just got a call from this number - came through as a cell phone #, asked for my ex-husband who has not lived here for 6 years...

On a DNC list and received a call from this number at about 3:35 p.m.

Number keeps calling, but never leaves a message. I am on the Do not call list, but it is completely worthless.  Figure I will leave something here instead.

Just called and asked for my husband and when I told him that he was not available and asked if I could help him with something, he just said no and hung up.  Called back and it was a non-working number.  SCAM

Called me by name telling me he could save money on my Mortgage.
I do not have a mortgage. Thus, I asked that they loose my # and I was reporting the call.
CLick..... SCAM for sure!!!!!

I have received calls several times from this number, but they never leave a message.  The one time I did answer, they asked for my ex and I told them he didn't live here anymore and to remove this number from their list.  Apparently, that doesn't work!!!

Just received a call from this number by someone who wasn't speaking English and sounded very angry.  Then they hung up when I said, "excuse me?"

received a call..did not pick up but when i called back it said it was an not working number anmd I am on the do not call list also.....

Just rec'd call from 516-818-4833, answered and no sound, called # back and message indicated "the # you are calling is not a working #" BS!

I have received tons of calls from this number. If I answer it hangs up and call back to be told it is a non working number....

Caller had a weird accent, like indian or asian, wanted to talk about "business".  Weird scam if that is what it is - the guy seemed to not know what he was doing.  Very odd.

"Mortgage Assistance", called on my cell, asking for my husband.  They are using a mask number, as most of the other callers noted.  Our government needs to make masked numbers illegal!

Someone called a few times from this number but when you call back the number is no longer working which is a nonsense.  I wish someone could stop these people from doing this.

Scam scam scam

Called my office. Asked for a former staff member who was responsible for facility upkeep. The person they asked for has not been at our office for over 5 years!

I told the caller (thick accent, hard to understand) to hold, then after about 45 seconds- I came back and told them, the person they asked for is not accepting call and if calls continue I will notify our attorney.
