- TM replies to KalenaT| 2 repliesThey are company trying to offer you a payday loan. I receive anywhere between 5-10 calls a day with no messages left when I do not answer. I have spoken to a live person 4 times now and each time I decline their service and demand they remove my name from their call list, they hang up on me. I've reported them to the FCC and Do Not Call Registry. I blocked them from my Sprint cell phone so then I just receive a call at work today and again, I decline their service and stated to "Cease and desist all phone calls" to both my numbers and that if they "did not comply I was going to seek litigation and file a harassment suit." I then asked the rep if she understood me because apparently there has been some language barrier issue with the first 4 people I spoke with. She said she understood and I asked what she was going to do once the call was disconnected and she hung up on me.
If anyone has any info other than a phone number on this scumbag company, please let me know. I tend to pursue something further to expose them.

- Norbel| 1 replyFunny the first person that called me from that number told me that I had taken out a loan on internet on a particular day and in order for me to cancel I needed to pay $5. I immediately knew it was a scam, but I dare ask how they got my information. The said I applied for a loan on line through one of their 300 website. The gentlemen also said that he had my bank account, email, address information and since my accounts and information were compromised a few months ago I immediately decided to put a fraud alert with the three (3) bureaus.
I think that if you are receiving these calls you should check your information just to be on the safe side.- Caller: Premium Financial
- Gena replies to NorbelMy son recently got a cell phone and apparently the people who had the number before applied for loans with every financial institution out there. I have been calling companies and having his number removed. These jokers told me that it didn't matter if I was the person who filled out the website app or not, that my husband an I have been approved for a loan since we are now the current owners of this phone number. So, rather than confusing his argumentative and simple mind by explaining that telephone numbers are not sentient beings that can enter into contracts I told him "Fine hen we are not interested remove the number" and he wanted $5 to do so. Are you out of your mind? I am paying you nothing. And he hung up on me.
Interestingly, he sounded foreign and I could barely understand him, as were 4 other "loan guys" I spoke with today at other numbers. What is the deal with that? - teresa stewartThese people called me today saying I applied for a 4 thousand dollar loan when I said it was not me and asked who applied for it he hung up on me

- june replies to TMFor the last two weeks I have been receiving calls from the following numbers 814-408-9848 and 516-926-1632 they are saying my payday loan that I applied for over the internet has been approved. Of course I didn't apply for this and when I asked for information they said the e-email address I used was jtucker@rr.n.com, and of course that is not of my e-mail addresses (and after I checked it out it is not a valid e-mail address.) The first four calls didn't bother me, however, over the last two weeks I have received 65 calls from these two numbers. On Thursday (last week) the 814 called every 30 minutes. I screamed at these people, threatened them with an attorney and they would hang up. And 20 minutes later a call would come from the 516 number. When you call the 814 number someone will answer, however, they don't give a name of a company. If you call the 516 the recording states it is not a working number. I could not take it any longer so I called Verizon today and they put a block on the numbers. Thank you. So I am thinking finally peace......wrong! In the last hour I have had three calls two from a restricted number and one from unavailable and guess who???? I called Verizon, the can't block Restricted and Unavailable. Friggin amazing. I have used 800 telemarketing number blocking number. This is my cell phone and my only phone and i have had this phone number since 2005, I refused to change my number.
- Tired of Calls replies to TMI told them that if I could track them down that I would prosecute them since I am on the "Do Not Call" lists (they are nothing but another waste of our tax dollars). The person (with an eastern /indian? accent) flat out responded with " You will regret doing that". They know damn well that they are not going to be penalized & that they have the ability to make you pay with call after call after call after...............
- BarbI received a call from them today. He told me I qualified for a 3000 payday loan. I told him great I could use the money. He then told me I had to give him my social security number and banking information. I told him he must have that already if I was qualified to receive said loan. He said he had to verufy my info.
So I said I will tell you what, send me 3000 in us cash money via fedex, if I receive it I will know it is not a scam and will call you with my info. Do you know the guy had the nerve to accuse me of trying to scam him? I hung up I was laughing to hard to speak!!- Caller: scammer
