A call for carpet cleaning ("Carpet Care" may be the company) ON MY CELL PHONE! I pressed 1 to be connected and they couldn't even hear me.

Called my cell phone left no message. No answer on call back.

I got called Dec. 14th at 1:30pm on my cell phone.  I usually just hang up on automated calls, but I stayed on then pressed (1 to schedule an appt) and got a live person and started chewing her out about calling me with an automated message and she hung up on me while I was mid-sentence.  I called back and the phone call didn't go through or even ring.  I guess you can only be connected if they call you.  Ridiculous.

They also called me on my cell phone.  Slime bags.

got call from this number.. i didnt pick up.. no VM.. when i called back later no ring nothing..

Just got called on my cell (cingular/ att). Did not answwer. I tried to call back and it would not connect me. I am on the do not call list. Planning on reporting the number to goverment... just not sure where. I will figure it out over the weekend.

Had the same experience as "I hate automated telemarketers" - pressed 1, politely explained to the girl who called that my phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, and she hung up without responding.

Called me on my cell phone just now offering carpet cleaning service. I tried to call back, and it didn't even go through. HATE IT!!!

I just got a call from them, and it was a recording about carpet cleaning as well. Please report them, if there is a way. I've searched the internet and could not find a way to report them. This site is the closest to reporting thm I can find.

I've been annoyed by these menacing steam cleaners since early November.  If you think they will ever leave you alone - they won't!  I was finally able to catch them live last week.  I pressed "1" and was transferred to a female operator.  When I informed her that I was on the do-not-call-list, she taunted me with "ewww, I'm so scared" and hung up.  It seems as though they are harassing the entire Upper East Side of Manhattan.  Please report them through www.donotcall.gov by clicking on "file a complaint" - it is VERY EASY!!!

Received an automated message on my cell phone (which is on the Do Not Call registry) from people offering to clean my carpet. I wrote down the number, but missed my chance to speak to a live representative. I filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov . Even though the 516 area code is for Nassau County, NY, I live in Brooklyn. My guess is they are harassing people in a very large radius.

SO ANNOYING!  How did they even get my cell phone number?  When I pressed 1 to make an appointment so I could speak with someone to remove myself from the list, and they hung up.  I tried to call back but it won't even ring.  I tried to reverse look up but it says it is a residential number.  My cell phone is on the do-not-call list and this is illegal.

Received a call on my cell phone a few minutes ago from this number. Will be filing a complaint with donotcall.

I hung up, and filed a complaint with the do not call registry
