i picked up, but didn't say anything. all i heard was what sounded like a child in the background. the caller id said "govt".

it was a health insurance agent but it was at 9pm and I'm not answering solicitors after 6pm.

This is and insurance agent, Scott Gout. He works out of his home and parks his pickup truck where ever he wants for advertising purposes. He has been notified to remove his vehicle from private property on the corner of US 12 and Highway 50, Cambridge Township, Michigan. He is licensed with National Benefit Plans in Troy, MI.

got a phone call from this guy was on computer when phone rang  looked up number told him not to call back but he continues to do so

The truck was removed promptly upon request.  I don't know what bone you have to pick, but I have never been cited for illegal parking.

I've had blocked calls tell me not to call back.  How am I supposed to know who you are so I can take you off the list??
