The caller did not leave a message.  I called the number back within minutes and got the recorded message, "The number you dialed is not in service at this time."  Strange!

This number keeps calling my cell phone, which is unlisted. I answered once to a robo-call about reducing credit rates (I have no credit cards!), and does not leave an option to opt out of future calls in its automated message.
Scums.

I have recieved 4 calls from this number in the last few days.  I returned the call and it said this number is not in service at this time.  ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number keeps calling my cell phone never leaving a message. When I answer it I get recorded instructions to lower my cc interest rate. When I call it back it says not in services at this time. This sounds like a scam!!!

I missed the call (was on another) but I'm glad I bothered to look it up.

Same thing happened to me... Have received calls from this location numerous times.  Never leaves a message.

Received a call from this number. I havent started getting call strange calls until I filled up a free credit report check. I believe they sell your information to 3rd party vendors, hence all the calls.

Just ignore it, they dont leave messages.

I answered this call and they said they would lower my interest rate.  I told them to remove my name & phone number from their calling list.  They wanted me to answer a bunch of questions - I told them NO - just remove my name & number from their calling list.  They continued to ask me questions and I told them I wanted to talk to a manager - JOHN (if that is his name) tried to pretend to be a manager - I told him to remove my name & number - Still they insisted on me answering questions which I will not.  I told him once again to remove my name & phone number and hung up.  THEY WILL NOT REMOVE MY NAME OR MY NUMBER from their calling list.

I also, have a new cell phone number.  I have started to receive these calls, from this number.  The only papers I have filled out lately is from Chase Bank, Everything on the account  was suppose to be free but so far it been a nightmare.  Took me 3 week to get a Debit card.  !st one was canceled when I called to activate it and they were to send another which I canceled after waiting 9 days finally after 3rd try rec. the card.  Then a 7.50 charge was made to my acct. which chase will not take off and denies doing it.  4 Days ago they took out a 25.00  yearly charge for debit.  The debit was suppose to be free when I open the account.  The local bank reversed the charge but I would bank on it being back on next month, If it is I will be kissing Chase goodbye.

I received a call from `517-931-2043 but didnt know anyone from that number and was in a rush .. later I cked, no voice mail .. so, hmm.  PEOPLE .. PUT *67 BEFORE YOU CALL ANY NUMBER YOU DONT KNOW.  Otherwise they are still able to gather info on the number and link it to other info they have on you from emails to any accounts.  *67 works with T-Mobile to block my number .. try it out with your phone with a friend or family member to see if your number shows on their caller ID.  When I called using the *67 it did not go through .. so that means they have unknown calls blocked .. putting it all together equals an illegal call/Information gathering.

Received a call from this number. First was an auto recorded message , then a guy went on to ask about lowering my insterest rate( I don't have a credit card) I ask what organization he was representing and he hung up on me. I too have a Chase acct. Sounds like BS to me with Chase giving out info to a third party

I used to get calls from these people on my home phone wanting to lower my credit card interest rates until I blocked them. Now, I am starting to get them on my cell no way to block them from that as far as I know :( . These people need to be stopped and fast. PS: You cant talk to them because they will just hang up on you as soon as they see you are pissed!

I just received a call from 517-931-2043. I didn't pick up, but my phone said the number was from Michigan.They didn't leave a message, I don't know who this is but if they are calling random people all over the country it needs to stop.
