Got another call stating he was Officer Kevin Smith from Amazon Law Firm and that there were legal processes about to take place against me. He also stated that there were 3 lawyers listening in on this conversation. I informed him that the next call from him that I received would be from my lawyer and hung up. No call back. Indian accent I tried to call the number back and got recording that stated that line was busy 518-218-5509 ext 1037

Wow!  They must have just come on board - got 6 calls in a row from these people - 3 from that number, 3 more from a spoofed caller ID.  Good thing I have Vonage - I have a record of their harassment (6 calls in 2 minutes certainly constitutes harassment).  They finally left a message - collecting for somebody I don't know - threatening legal action.  Sounded like someone from an Indian call center.

yea i got one too from that punk saying he was going to sue me and had the nerve to have all my info saying that i took a cash advance out and being that i did not pay them back the company was going to sue me.  Not to mention i do not have one out also, i dont have a bank account that will accept cash advances which is a good thing for me.  Man it is a trip how people are these days.  So don't get caught up with that punk.

i recieved a call from these people too.  "officer" danny jackson and an "officer" peter walf - threatening me, accusing me of theft by deception and a warrant was going to be put out for my arrest --- saying i took an overnight loan - would not name a specific company, would not give me an exact date, and would not email or fax me the information --- just threatened that i would be arrested if i did not pay them the $685 on a $400 loan that i took.  i never took a $400 loan and also checked with my bank to ensure that funds were not deposited any time last year in that amount (i had $300 majically appear in my account before, so this isnt so far fetched).  anyway, there was never a $400 deposit - i called him to let him know that my bank confirmed that - he started yelling at me, calling me a scammer and a fraud - i called my attorney.  she called them and they hung up on her.  please dont give these people your information - and the heavy accents,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, "danny jackson" would be the furthest from any real name these people would naturally have !

Received a call from these people.  Won't return because I've had a run in before.  Complete scam.  Threatened and have changed their stories and personnel enough to know they aren't legit.  Amazon Law Firm.  Can't find it  listed anywhere.  Say I owe money on a  loan I don't have.  Say and repeat the same garbage over  and over again.  Same heavy accents.  A large nusiance.  File complaints with your state attorney, county officers, FBI online and BBB online.  Include phone numbers, names, threats and any details about frequency of calls.  Don't and I repeat don't give into these terrorists.

Also, they are calling from a verizon cell phone or "spooffed" internet sight.

I also continue to receive these calls on my cell and at work. In the course of 3 days I received 25 calls. I spoke to a Franklin Foster who stated I was being sued and would owe $8k in attorney fees and court fees. He said I could make restitution by paying $1200 for a loan I took out over a year ago for $300, if I paid the $1200 they would settle out of court. I told him no way I could pay $1200 for a $300 loan. offered to pay the $300 and he said that was out of the question. Is this legal?

Check these numbers out...  They will call from anywhere...  Do not give them money...  They got your informaiton some how from being online through Trojans or something else...

rcvd several calls from this number stating they are from amazon law firm. when i adv them that according the the internet they didn't exist they hung up on me.

Holy crap this guy is annoying.  He called me 6-7 times.  Heavy Indian accent.  He went with the "you have a pay day loan that you didn't pay scheme".  I told him to hold on that I was conferencing in the Police and my lawyer, he hung up.  Good luck all.

i got the same call...... at my work........ they will not leave me alone..... what do i do..... its a diffrent person everytime and they do not answer my call backs.....

I have been receiving calls from this numer for one of my staff members. I have infomred them that this is not his number however they ask that I have him call 518-218-5509 and have him speak to an officer. What the heck??

Don't fall for this BS.   I immediately knew this was a scam, and just call them out on it, call them a dirty rotten scammer, and just repeat "scammer, scammer" and they will hang up.

Report this phone number to the FBI.

i have continued to receive calls from these guys with thick accents. they tell me they are going to take me jail,come get me etc... .they say there names are "David williams" and other names. i have cursed them, my attorney has called them and they hung up on them. they tell people at my job that they are "liers."

I don't know what to do to make them stop!!

This people help me up paying my debts of Payday Loan company. I am thankful to Sr.Attorney Justin White , Kevin Smith & Adam Scott ...I appreciate there work and they send me the paper works from the Court house, which they said me when they called me first time....Thank you for Resolving my Debts and Taking me out of this case....thank you very much once again........I appreciate......

YOU Madam are a JOKE and are one of them. You are a PHONEY like the rest of them. There's no paperwork! These people have been buggin the hell out of me for a month, I finally caved and called the company they say is "sueing" me. Oh my goodness! The company didn't even know me and filed a fraud report! I've also contacted Homeland Security, FBI, DOJ, FTC and BBB. Don't fall for the scams!

Oh my goodness. This morning I kept recieving calls from 5182185509. This man had an India accent and claimed to be Officer Dan Martin. He said I was in alot of legal trouble. Then he somehow activated were 911 was calling me several times after his attempts. I called him back and chewed him out. First of all, I am under high protection currently from the police, with a high protection order. So, anything scares me and my cell ph is a verizon phone and gets monitor for my safety. I told all this to this IDIOT DAN MARTIN and that I had called the police department, etc. He hanged up on me but before he did he said well 911 will be calling you and explaining this. Of course, I got my number changed. But, I was so relieved to see that others had experienced this before. I reported to the FBI. Because this is BS and is against the law to play like you are a real Officer. I am just blown away!

You know what get a Real Life and a Real Career. Your so called company is being looked into by the FBI and I am not a person to play games. You want to go on and pretend you are police officers.....GET A FREAKIN REAL CAREER. I am sick of these idiots telemarkerters that call you and now we have worse idiots hackin into our computers and harrassing us. I can tell you one thing my local police department is all over that precious lil company that helped you out so much. Truth is truth always comes out and everyone gets caught someday. So, I notified who I needed to and well I trust this lil precious helpful scam company will be seeing what a real jail looks like soon.
