Got a voicemail from someone with a foreign (Indie) claiming to be from "GE Capital" approving me for a loan of $2000 and asked me to call back.  I did not apply for a loan.  #scam

Call from someone with foreign accent claiming to be from "GE Capital"  approving me for a loan and ask how much I want.   I ask for 1 mill and they hang up.

This person needs to be stopped very vulgar

Calls all the time. I told him to remove me from his calling list and he hung up on me. I called him right back and he answered i told him to remove me from his calling and he said he couldn't I why to heck not he said becauss i love you baby I told him i was reporting him.

Received an email stating that my local sheriff's department will be serving me with papers for a not repaying a loan.  I have requested pertinent copies of the documents and my signature.  They are not able to provide them. Had 15 loan companies listed in the email of which I owed one of them.  It is a big scam as they are trying to extort money from me for something I do not know.

If you continue to receive such threatening calls or emails, please contact the state Attorney's office in the state which he resides.  You can rest assure the state attorney's office will stop this foolishness.

received emails saying I will have a warrant out for my arrest and that I have a loans out that I have to pay back or I will be put in jail. I called the place he said I have a loan out with and they said I do not have a loan with them in my name. He keeps calling 5 time in row. Then sends a email :  I am going for a legal proceeding on your name. Now See you in Court.

Jail is not going to happen even if you did owe.

Caller stated I owe $ and failing to pay would result in immediate arrest. Said he had my social security number and other personal info. Spoke with an Indian accent. Numerous additional calls followed by an email. Placed him on blocked called lust and spammed his email. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALLER. Simply hang up calls and ignore any emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They are THIEVES who are trying to scare you into paying them whether you actually owe money or not..  Did you receive anything IN WRITING that was as MAILED to you??  If not, that proves they are NOT legitimate.  If in doubt, call your local courthouse - civil division.  They will agree with me.

Look up the FDCPA.  That will tell you making threats of arrest & jail are AGAINST THE LAW!

Thank you.  No, I did not receive anything in writing.  I received an email that was very scarey to me.  I asked who they were looking for, and he sent back my name.  I requested some documentation, that I DID not receive, and he sent back. Ok, thank you. Not sure what that means.
