Hung up.. Spam. More then likely

Rec'd call today at 4:43. They left no message. I called the number back and it was Time Warner.

Time Warner telemarketing ,will only call you if you are already a customer. Try to upgrade your services with promotions

I you are a customer it is perfectly legal

Just called me and did not respond, hung up after a few seconds ... yeah definitely harassing to have to be bothered by hang-ups at work.  TWC is an evil company.

Calls regularly. I don't answer. Never leaves a message.

I agree with an earlier report here. Time Warner is evil. Sign up today for cheap. Be a loyal customer for years and get the shaft.

Calls at least twice a week trying to sell me "upgrades" to my TW service.
I just quit TW cable for Direct TV because I was sick of seeing all kinds of deals for "new" customers, while I paid top dollar for my service. I am <<this>> close to quitting TW cable for same reason and going with DSL. Their "customer retention" people are obnoxious and rude too. Call in and try to get something reduced or turned off. TW has thrown customer service out the window.
As I tell everyone, if you say Time Warner, you have to say "sucks" immedietely after. That is in all cases.

Just called, no message, came in as unknown called.... I did not answer, and if I don't recognize the number, I do not answer.

I get calls from this number regularly. If it is Time Warner Cable, I've NEVER been a TWC customer and, TWC is not even available where I am. I have blocked this number but these asshats keep calling.

Has been calling my direct office line regularly, i don't answer but it's definitely a nuisance... wish i could block these calls!

Called it back no picks up and disconnects like a prank caller or a stalker. Never identified itself

If 518-252-0251 is Time Warner like I said called back call just ends, I have business with Them , we could have resolved any issue. Not good business

They wanted my address, allegedly to send a catalog for their glass product

This number has called and called never leaving any messages. The number is not listed to any business or person. These calls are usually scammers or aggressive sales calls. It is defiantly not a customer. Blocking now.
