They call often. Always say this is your second and last call (I wish).  They do not give an opt out feature. Just press 1 for more information. So, I pressed one and asked that they remove my name from list.  Is there any way to report this number?  I'm so tired of all this. I do not submit any information containing phone number except to doctors office, drug stores, insurance companies,etc.  to no one that is not in my immediate and necessary circle.

I don't f**king believe these people. So far in one year I have blocked over 15 phone numbers from "Card Services" and they keep coming up with a new number to call from. I would pay good money to find out the address from where these people are calling from.

Continuous and daily harassment by phone reported to authorities.  

Received a call from this number at 11:02 MST. Told them not to call any more, and like usual they hang up. Called the # back and went thru the spiel of press 1 to take you off the call list.  At 11:46 MST, 360-322-6663 called same jerks as before. Set the phone down until I heard the message to hang up. This is getting to be annoying they just hang up on you. The DNC is a joke for both cell and land lines! STOP CALLING!

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

It does no good to report them the FTC doesn't do anything about it.

The FTC has not done anything to stop this.

Dear Steve, The FTC and FCC gets thousands of thousands of reports daily from all over the US for hundreds of numbers. The numbers are spoofed and it takes time to track these weasels down. Its not CSI where things are solved in a hour.  They do enforce the DNC, however, if the perps are in foreign country's - the country may not play nice ala red tape.  Do yourself a favor and look into getting a call blocker - either a device or a phone.

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards, BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have NO available credit remaining!

CID said Card Services. Just another number for the same jerks. They also use cellular call & wireless caller numbers, too many to keep track of. I gave up a long time ago and only answer calls from people/numbers that I know. The rest can ring until the cows come home..

I agree with you 100% just hang up you can't block someone number who comes up with a new one I also think stealing number for the purpose of scamming and hassling should be a crime with the same jail sentence as someone who has committed murder life behind bars with no possibility of parole or maybe even death by electric chair or lethal injection

"Carmen" called me back two weeks after their last call from a different number, even after assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..." and even after telling me I didn't qualify for their "lower your rate" offer because I pay my credit cards off in full each month.

Yeah, I wish.

The format of this "lower your rate" call is different than past calls. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) but there's a pause, followed by the same message played again. Then there's another pause, but a different voice and different message about lowering your rate is played. Finally they say "good bye" and disconnect.

I was able to press 1 to speak to a live operator. He explained that he was the "screener" to make sure I qualified for their offer, then I'd be transferred to an agent.

He didn't ask my identity, but he did ask if I carry a balance, the percentage rate of my current credit card and the name of the bank. He also wanted the 800 number from the back of the card. I told him I was "upstairs" and had to go downstairs to get the card. I put him on mute and he actually held the line for nearly 10 minutes before he terminated the call.

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?

[female voice] "Hello, this is Carmen at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate. Please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number 3 to discontinue further services. Thank you and have a great day."

[7 second pause, then electronic tone and same message repeats one time]
[another 7 second pause, then different message with different female voice but same theme plays]

[other female voice] "This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

[5 second pause]  [female voice] "Good bye".

Keep getting these calls.  Picked up this time and hit one to talk to someone.  About 5 seconds after I started talking that I just wanted them to remove me, the woman just hung up.

IF you let the call go to voice mail then call it back it will give you the option of having your name and number removed.  Sadly my number has constantly been put back on.  A few times I decided to be connected to tell them to remove my name and number and the guy started asking me questions about my credit card debt and I told him that it was none of his business and he said "[***] you Moron!".  The second person just hung up on me.

They call every day. I don't even have a credit card! When I told them I wanted them to stop calling me, they hung up!

I see the fronters Tom and John are present and accounted for! Received call from 3603226668 and see it's already listed here but I wanted to add that all these numbers are part of debt collection networks and their tactics that include: iQor, PRA, AFNI, MCM, NCO Group, Convergys, CAB Asset Management, URS, Diverse Funding Associates. Yes, a combined compliant, non-compliant, and fraudulent networks but that about explains 3rd party debt collection tactics, doesn't it?
