They call all hours of the day and night.   Even on the weekends.

This is one of the numbers for Dell Financial Services collections department.  If they are calling, you either have a Dell Preferred Account that is past due, or they are calling the wrong person.  In my case, I do owe them money; so I called them back and let them know that i'd be handling the past due amount as soon as the IRS sees fit to deposit my tax refund.  They were fine with that, and asked if I needed lower monthly payments.   No thank you, i'd prefer to pay you folks off ASAP.  I missed some work due to illness and simply fell behind.
