Another one of those scammers threatening legal action and saying there are important "legal papers" that need to be served. They demand you call them and provide proof of identity.  The call ends with them saying this is the "final warning".  No business name associated with the telephone number.

They called for a second time stating that they were taking legal action if they werent called back.... Nutty!!!

Called 20 minutes left no message.

Called me twice today. They would have no idea if they are calling the correct person.  A legitimate business would  verify first. They message to call back because they are about to serve papers.  Who is eps?

I got the same call today...some lady rushing through a "script" to call back before legal action takes place. I don't even have a message on my machine that states a name..they have no idea who they called.

Her name is Diana White for EPS wht is EPS lol. I should just give them my coupons code  I got from walmart.

Got my first call today.  Thought it was a scam, said they would serve me at home and or my place of employment.

Don't fall for this scam.  I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number from Albany, NY.  "Diane "The Devious" White from EPS left a voice message stating that she was calling in regards to a complaint that needed my immediate attention. Documents are scheduled to be delivered to my residence or place of employment. They will only be making two attempts to deliver these documents. I should have valid identification to make sure of the proper delivery. If my attorney or I have any questions regarding these documents, I should call the client directly at 518-375-2202.

I got a missed call today from that num too from daina saying last chance or they would take legal procedure..some lady sayin from eps claims they goin to serve me lol....ask for a person ppl

Yes same message.. about 5 min. . do not have a clue what it is all about.  So called it... they put me on hold... God I hate these people!!

same dumb message as indicated by those before me. Diana from Eps ... requiring immediate attention etc etc.  what bugs me is that it went to my cell phone voicemail!  deleted the message and number.  SCAMMERS

Got same call today on my cell phone treating legal action bla bla bla

Based on reports on this number reverse search-I am filing this report.   End of the call it knock out my DSL service which is HARD to do most call never effect my DSL service, I am motivated to file against this number.    CID ID might be tricked but SCAM ALERT.  REAL Business using better way to get this person not 9 months of trying.   I am not here to trick anybody but if you call my number I will protect because I am 1 of 60000 who could have gotten this call.   www.ccpd.us is downstair and look for any activity against this  complex!

I got a call and voicemail from this Diana w. EPS today. The call is obviously scripted and based on the replies here, I can positively say this is a scam. Blocking that number and reporting them to the FTC next.

Exact same message as the rest here. Automated message threatening legal action and serving papers. Horrible scam! Blocked the number.
