This is Civil Service in New York State.

Someone called my cell from this # and no message was left on my voice-mail. I returned the call from my office phone and there was no reply at all.

received call twice on my cell phone. this is frustrating...no voice message left...when I returned the call there was no answer...help!!!

received call; unanswered and 2 minute voicemail left of unintelligible voices in background.

if thiss number doesnt stop calling my phone i am going to flip!! its been 50 calls in the past 4 hours! i swear to god! stop effing calling my cell phone!

Put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  At least you'll be able to sleep through the calls.

Tomorrow you can contact your provider to see how block the calls.

I got a call from this number, called back and no answer.

It is a trunk line for NYS so a call can be coming from hunddreds of other numbers, but reads this way on your caller ID.  It could be any of a number of departments within the state. Hope this helps.

it was a branch of the NY DMV,  calling about something I owed them.   This is the main number for a lot of departments in the DMV.
