It is First National Collection Bureau

The Caller ID reads "BL COMPANIES",  so I Googled it and it is an Architecture & Engineering firm with 6 offices in the Northeastern United States and one is Albany.

I "*67", and call back 518-533-5247.   I asked the woman that answered for the name of the company and she said, " First National Collection Bureau, did we call you?"

I then called BL Companies with the 800 number listed on their web site.  They said that they have nothing to do with First National Collection Bureau or anything to do with collections what-so-ever and will certainly look into the matter of their name being use on the Caller ID by First National Collection Bureau .  

Collection Agencies use Caller ID Spoofing Services to display the names of local authentic companies that have nothing to do with collections and has career opportunities.   That's so when you look it up you'll think it's a legitimate call and possibly be for an interview or job offer, since a great number of the people that they're calling are unemployed.

This practice often used by Debt Collectors of  transmitting misleading or inaccurate Caller Identification information was outlawed by  the "Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009" , signed into law by President Obama on December 22, 2010.
