They have now called my cell phone.  The message started off with the name Shawn White and he is an attorney.  Then they hung up.  I think they take people who have or are in financial straights and prey on them.  I guess I am stating the obvious.

This phone number claiming to be Shawn White just called me on 12/20/12 claiming that I would be arrested if I didn't get in contact with them at some legal office. He claimed he was with a district court and that I had a warrant out for my arrest. Knew my correct address and everything. If these people were arrested for scamming people, why are they still making calls months later trying to scare and scam people???

Block Shawn White or whatever his name is, and report him for threatening you with jail.

All these scams are pathetic! Especially so close to Christmas!!

The vermins send out hundreds or thousands of phone calls throughout the year thinking someone will get scared by their threats. Once I called one of these boiler rooms and heard them all going paranoid. It's fun to see them go paranoid.

Why is this guy still operating? My son got this call today.  Can they not catch him?

I am so thankful for sites like this. I have been so upset since receiving calls from an Alex White who then became Sean White when my husband talked to him. I've been in some financial problems lately and my health has not been too good. This man told me I had all kinds of federal fraud charges filed against me and unless I sent $871.40 to Crystal Mitchell of Felton, Delaware I was going to be arrested within 24 to 48 hours and be put in detention for 90 days and be sent to court where my "creditors" were going to be awarded $25,000. He even said that there was a federal investigation on whether I was involved in money laundering!!! He never wanted me to interrupt him and just kept repeating all this "legal talk" when I questioned him. I am going to the court house tomorrow and report him and his scam.

This guy called me today and left a message regarding a warrant for my arrest. When I called and asked for information I was told they would tell me but if I interrupted the call was over and they would hang up. I said then send me everythign in writting becasue this is something I know nothing about. He stated he would not send me anything because it was already a case. I told him that he woul dget nothing from me without something in writting and he told me that was fine to just wait at my home to be arrested. When I called back to talk to someone else the same man answers and hung up once I said my name.

I have been getting calls from this number (518-557-3412) and 10 different area codes for two weeks. I am so tired of these annoying and threating calls. Enough is Enough! All of the calls are from a Non American accent. I have a hard time understanding what they are saying. I called one number back and got someone that speaks clear English. I told her to take me off the list. I am on the No Call List. We will see what happens. I have gotten around 42 calls in the past 10 days. I was told the Police was coming to arrest me. Bring it ON! That way I can give them all of the phone numbers and they can listen to the voice mails from these NUTS!!!  Totally a SCAM!

If it don't stop soon I will break down and change my number! Seriously this is SAD that someone has this much time on their hands to call someone 42 times!

I got scammed for 971.40 on 1/18/13... I'm livid!!  I fell for this bull crap!!! I thought I was going to jail and fell for this crime. He got me good n it sucks cuz I had to borrow money from a friend and now I'm in a huge hole. :'-( DONT FALL FOR IT!!! Help get this guy to stop doing this [***]!

They have at this for months. They have called me twice. Attorney David Wiilams & Shawn somebody threatnig me. I just want them to stop. India accents in TN.

I received this same call just now... i attempted to reach them and received a voice mail.

Julio Fernadez stated he was from the district court attorney office with a lawsuit involving my name and social security number.  He stated that i would be arrested at my mailing address within the hour. He also stated i could return the call to find out why i was being arrested. When i attempted to return the call i received a voice mail telling me to leave my name, phone number and social security number. i did not leave any message.

518-557-3412 along with 877-246-7836 and 813-922-1291. These numbers are all linked to a SCAM!!!!
Leo Frenandez,Sean White, Sean Stiffler, Anthony Martin are just some of the names I have heard so far. The called for my husband saying he owes money and if he doesn't pay he is going to jail. So Called the Company the debt was supposed to be on and was told they don't do online loans.
I acted like my husband at first and said I needed to contact my attorney, they hung up. It is so hard to understand these people with their very thick Indian accents. And I don't mean Native Americans.
Anyway they are saying that they are with the District Attorney's Office, and that they work for a company called Dispute Resalution Center, then they proceeded to tell me that the debt was for $507.89, but I could get a Green Dot Money card for $500.00 then call them with the acctivation number. Like that is going to happen!!
He just called me back and I proceeded to let him know I knew it was a scam and that I had posted it online and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission.

They have harrased us also. I have returned the favor for calling them repeatedly for a couple hours straight take a break and continue. If I get his voicemail I put my phone next to a TV so it will keep recording and let it record as long.as possible before phone hangs up. I figure with at least calling and filling their voicemail up, I can save at least one person from this BS. I have done this for a couple days. They've tried calling back.and leaving a message. I delete without listening and continue.

this is a BIG SCAM!!!!! i just recieved a call from a shawn white but on the voice mail his name was alex white. i called it back and got shawn white and he said i owed 1,850 and if i didnt pay by a certain time i was going to go to jail today. it was for past due medical bills i supposedly owed. they called themselves district 4 law office. glad i googled the number b4 i sent money. thanks to all.

Yep, SAME deal with me, but I got a voice mail from Alex White - same thing, District Court Attorney's Office at 518-557-3412.  The only difference - apparently this joker(s) actually got my back account info / SSN and have taken money from my bank.  A case has been opened, and I have filed reports with the local Sheriff, the FTC, and will be with the FBI.  Whoever this is will be going DOWN....I will spend every cent I have left to hunt this person down and the law will haunt him / her ..... messed with the WRONG person this time Alex / Shawn, whoever.

GOT CALLED FROM THIS NUMBER SHOOK ME FOR A MINUTE BUT I LOOKED UP THIS NUMBER AND GOT THIS SITE.THE CALL CAME ON FEB 4TH.TRIED TO GET ME FOR 1901 BUT IF I PAID 300.00 IN A GOOD FAITH PAYMENT THEY WOULD HOLD OFF. THEY SAID I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED AND HELD FOR 90 DAYS AND COULDN'T BE BAILED OUT.SAID HIS NAME WAS SHAUN WHITE FROM DISTRICT 4 ATTORNEY OFFICE. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE FOUND AND STOPPED.

this # called me and told me I would be arrested in the a.m. if I didn't pay unspecifified monies owed to whoever. couldn't understand the man. spoke with a very thick indian accent. said his name was shawn white. said I had to pay $1,784.00 immediately or I would be arrested.  reported this complaint to the FTC

I keep getting a call from this number saying i have a warrent for my arrest which i dont they said it could be cleared up if i send them money. something needs to be done about these guys.
