    i recently came across william timothy baier's listing on rent.com of fully furnished apartment in mid-town manhattan, nyc for $900/mo, fully furnished + all utilities included. everything sounded great but the price is too good to be true, considering that rent in that neighborhood is 5,000/mo and up. i was almost ready to come check it out, but thank you for the warning, guys, i will stay away!
