Been getting 2 to 3 calls per day from this number. I do not answer unknown calls.  I have name & number caller ID. Only info is "NEW YORK" and the phone number. No company or individual name.  Funny thing is that when I put this on my "blocked numbers list" I still am getting calls from this number. I suspect that they are spoofing the caller ID but don't know what (if anything) I can do about it

It is MULTIPLAN - insurance discount network.

I have spoken to a Doris and a male at this number.  The say they represent some kind of peoples insurance and they were unable to send me the information about the plans, yet wanted badly my mastercard number to take a rather large payment.  

I did not give them my card number..I did however repeat my request that they send me info in the mail about the plans.  She said they didn't have anything like that put together.  I told her then I was not interested and was not going to give her my card.  She pushed and I hung up on her.  Then a male called for this Scam and left a message.  Doris had the guts to call yet again and I specifically and angrily told her that I had already told her that if they can't supply paperwork, I am not giving them my card and to STOP CALLING ME AND REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST AS I AM ALSO ON A DO NOT CALL LIST.

Today, a month later, I got another call from Doris wanting to follow up on our discussion regarding insurance coverage.  I am 100% positive they must be a scam.  Why can't they be stopped???

they called and did not leave a message i star 69 and returned the call and the phone answered after four rings but nothing on the other line this past summer i received some calls telling me of legal charges against me and the demand for money upon further investigation i was told that these calls were comming from jamica and the jamican authoorities and the us fbi was after them and to report the harassment to several appropriate authorities i suspect these are the same dirtbags trying to pull another scam i suggest if you get any calls like this to report them to the local police and the fbi like i have done by the way once the authorities get them i tentatively plan to go to wherever they are and sue them for harassment

Lately I have been getting a lot of weird phone calls about some health insurance from many random numbers (total scam),not sure if this is another one of these idiots. ALSO, I am on the do not call list and I have started filing complaints against everyone of these people/business/telemarketers that call!

I do not and will never buy anything that someone tries to sell me via phone call,and everyone should do the same!
Especially when those people call and ask for donations to the police/state troopers/fire dept. I once got a job for a day at one of these call centers and they had criminals and drug addicts working there getting peoples credit card info. also the man running this whole operation could barely speak English. I left at lunch time and never even went back to get the money I made for the couple of hours I worked...

All who have gotten a call from this number, from what I read they are not following the proper telemarketing procedures. I was called by this number before 8:00 AM, which is ILLEGAL to do. I should know because I ran a telemarketing dialer for over 3 years so I know a good portion of the telemarketing laws. They did leave a message and it is the same company that J Hall described.

This is all after I submitted information from the cobra-insurance website.

Luckily I can have these calls sent straight to my voicemail since they are calling my cell phone.

got a call from this number left message that they are from the better living association and to call back a 888 number about a important matter did not call back and no going to. thanks but no thanks........

I am continously getting phone calls from several different numbers.  All are associated with some type of health insurance or furthuring education. I am not interested in either nor have I submitted anything online requesting information as they state in the phone call.

I got a call from this number saying that I had applied for medical coverage.  I don't remember doing so as I have insurance.  I spoke to Linda and she at ext 226.  I did not submit anything.  I have been getting calls from strange area codes.  Told them I was not interested.

If you want to spam call her back. She has called repeatedly so I answer and I kept repeating for her to take me of the call list and she kept speaking on and on and on. If people werent around I would have screamed as loud as I could.

This Marla woman keeps calling at night and while I'm at work. I never answer but she leaves amessage saying my file is ready to expire and I need to contact her. Today I had enough and called back and angrily told them to stop calling. Person told me if I called them and asked them to stop and I said no. She rudely said then how do they know to stop and needed information to stop the calls. I told her I was reporting this and hung up. Sounds like you have to ask them for special permission to make them stop. This has scam written all over it

Using fake caller id's and number by using spoofing software is illegal. You should report them. But you should contact your corrupt congressman. He voted to allow this calls and no enforcement. He wants donationds and other support and funds from these large corporations. It is their laws that allow it to happen. Call your congressman. They will tell you they do not care about the individual voters they only want corporate support. I contacted Brighthouse on how to block these people. They said they received to much hassle from this the corporations calling. Again no one cares what you think or what happens to the individual voter.

Thank your corrupt congressman. Call they allow it.

It involves health insurance.  They do NOT send information to you.  Said if you have pre-existing conditions you DO NOT qualify.  Left a message and wanted me to call them at an 800 number, extension 211.  The lady spoke so fast one knows they are in sales.  Even though I played the message several times, the message COULD NOT be understood by me and sveral other people.  So . . . I deleted the message and am not calling them back.

I was dealing with a  company name called Highmark and Valerie x-230, she even told me to cancel my current ins., I'm sooooooo glad I didn't. but when I got my packet in the mail it was from the National Better Living Association. When I got the packet I phoned because I needed to ask some questions but she never called back. At one point I was told to call memner services which I did only to be sent a text saying that to talk with them it would cost me $9.99 a month.

I fell for this whole scam and paid dearly to, $399 worth!
