This number called both my home & cell phone with a recored message about if I have $10,000 in debt, they can help wipe it out or something, however if you press the "1", no one is available cause they re helping other people, but leave your full name & number for someone to call you back. Needless to say, I left a message on both phones that I dont have any debt & therefore, dont need them & if they call me back again I will contact my lawyer & start harrassment proceedings. We shall see if they call me again.

Got my first call from these guys, never answer unknown or out of state. Thanks to blocking software and this website or this plague of phone scammers would be overwhelming. There have to be a massive amount of con artists with autodialing operations all over the world. How much are they ripping off? How many naive people are there? Staggering that these "businesses" are viable and possibly lucrative.

This number is part of the internet scammers found on craigslist and the wayn travel site.

Whatever these people want, the IRS scam, settling debt, there CONS.  India SCUM and please don't tell me our government cant do anything about it.
If you or i were pretending to be from the IRS, we would be going to jail, seems like our GOV gives these international cons card blanch to do whatever they want.
Well they can start by shutting off the lines of communication, do not allow the phone companies to give them a number, then there only way to call will be by computer, makes things much more difficult for them.

Very simple. Call your elected representative & remind them that next year is an election year. If they can't fix the problem, maybe the other candidate can. Then call the Embassy of the Asian country in question and tell them you are boycotting travel, purchases, and business from their country until they crack down. If you're prepared to walk the talk you get action.

The National Do Not Call list is a joke. I think AT&T and Verizon want these people to burn up our minutes. I do not want to answer my phones. SADDDDDDD.

These people are real sick, pretending to be first the IRS, then debt consolidators, now these sick sick people want to know if i have any children who want to be models!  This appears like there into child porn.

This number calls my cell phone. I do not recognize the number so I don't answer. This number leaves no message on my voicemail, so I assume it is a robot and a scam call.

I have past experience with this kind of calls, couldn't get them to stop, so I finally left a message saying I did need help.   I ended up actually talking to one of their "lawyers".  I could not get him to admit anything he was doing was bad, in fact he tried to yell at me for lying & for wasting his time.
Another tactic I tried with the actual person who talks to you is to remind them that they are doing something illegal, their boss is paying them \ to do illegal work, (calling people whose name is on no-call list), and they should stand up for their rights and tell their boss they don't want to do illegal work.
