Got a call from this number and no message was left.  Came up on Caller ID as follows:

Receive a call from this number a few times per day. No message is left. Have answered a few times. No one on the call

Have received multiple calls from this number, though no one is there when I say hello. Only one time did the line click and a man said hello, but at that point I could tell it was a spammy call and hung up.

It was Time Warner. Sept 2015. Trying to sell me additional services besides the internet access I already get from them.

keep calling. no message, no answer everyday. block it

This number calls several times a day:  518-708-8350.  I never pick up and no answer is left on the machine.

Calls 3-4 times a day, everyday, never leaves a message.

Got my first call from this number August 26th, since then it has been repeating with increasing frequency and the Caller ID changes too.

If I let it go to Answering Machine, they don't leave any message. So it's gotta be either telemarketers or scammers.
