    I just answered a call from this number. There was complete silence, then a computerized woman's voice said: "goodbye", call was disconnected.

    I just missed a call from this number, there was no message left so I decided to call it back.  What I got was a voice like darth vader that you could not understand and then I said hello the call was disconnected.

    This # called a few months ago and shows up as Albany, NY.  I answered it then and no one responded on the line.  After a second it disconnected.  This # has called yesterday and again today.  I did not answer and they do not leave a message.
