Male who I think he named himself at Arthur, maybe with a last name, could really hear it & he says he's from county couriers office in regards to a formal complaint requiring your immediate attention, documents scheduled to be delivered to your home & to please call him/them.
Sounds suspect! They do even say the name of the county, too obscure & whole thing seems fishy. - I'll not be calling them back & have blocked the number.

I just received a call from that same number! Immediately thought it was a scam.  How can we report it to authorities?

Received a recorded message from this number. Individual (male) identifies himself as a courier with documents that will be delivered to my home or office. Please call. Smells phfishy.

Got the same thing right now.. He says his name is Arthur zayn. Blocked the number. I live all the way in California.

Just got the same, in eastern NC.  I did try to call, but got a message that no one was available at the moment and to call back later, and that voicemail could not accept another message or some such.

Caller: said they were "county courier office"

Recorded message from will spoken male saying he's Arthur Zane calling regarding a complaint and legal documents will be delivered to my home. This is the 4th call from this number, I didn't answer the other times. This is also the 3rd spam call today so suspect my number is on some sort of scam list. Have advertised recently on Craigslist, not sure if that's the source.

I received the same exact message but didn't get a name of the guy. I called back to try & figure out what's going on cause I never go anywhere & have had no confrontation with anyone so I was really confused. I got a machine that said to call back & they couldn't receive anymore messages. The main part that had me suspicious is that it's a 518 area code & my county offices are 330 I live in Ohio. Wish I knew how to report this.

Answered call from this number-came on in the middle of the recording. I'm in Florida. Blocked the number and am not calling back.

Called me too regarding an urgent matter. I called back from the phone/phone number that THEY called me from. After placing me on hold they returned to the line and told me they do not have my number on file to disregard the call, didn't even as for the reference number that they left in the voicemail. I called again and asked what company that they are calling from and they stated "courier office"
I told them to stop scamming me or I'm going to the police, he said I was stupid and hung up. The blocked my call,

This Arthur Zane is a real crock. Search his name here. He uses multiple magic Jack numbers with area codes from all over the country at the same time to place similar fraud calls. Block these numbers.
