      I did the free trial thing too.  I called the number posted on PowerCleanse site to cancel my order after the 14 day trial period. I was placed on hold 5 different times (opt. 1/wait for representative) for 45 minutes each, after that i was disconnected each time. I called and left a call back number and stated reason for my call (opt.2) and my calls were never returned. PowerCleanse number is 1-519-513-2218, ATT long distance contacted my a few weeks later about my international phone calls that amounted to $300.00 (PowerCleanse).  One bottle of pills cost me $400.00, all together.  Never do business with POWERCLEANSE.

      How did you get this to stop?  I started trying to cancel 2 days after I placed the order b/c they had already charged me for the $79.95.  I just received the order yesterday, 20 days after I placed the orginal order, and they have charged me twice!  When I call them, I can't get anyone who speaks clear English and I they refuse to give me an address; I don't even know where this company is located.  I did some investigating and thought I had figured out that it's located in Canada but the shipment I received came from CHINA!!!  The shipment did not contain a packing slip or any type of communication and the box is not in good condition - I would not advise anyone to accept anything in this condidion!!  What do I do????

        Hey this happened to me to and if you gave them a card number you must cancel the card immediatly and if you gave them a checking account number you need to cancel your account immediatly. Their is no way to get ahold of them and it wont stop. you can file a fraud report with your card company or bank to. You'll have to fight for it though. Im going through it now and i want to help other people who are victems as well.

    GREEN TEA PURITY is the company I ordered a 'trial' offer from.  They have deducted money from my account too and I am now trying to get them to refund me via email. This phone no. is quoted in their terms and conditions. I believe this is a scam and should not be entered into.  My delivery was also from China.  I havn't tried the number as I don't think it will do any good. Please report it if you have had the same problems with them.

    There is a website called Mary's Diet Journey, its advertising the above powercleanse and Green tea rubbish. I tryed to email her to let her know what shes endorsing but its not a valid email address either. So it seems the website is a set up possibly too. Ive been done for the same, basically £100 on my CC. There must be a law against charging for free trials!, these websites need to be shutdown and fast as i didnt realise till the above how many are being scammed!! One of the products i was billed before receiving the product!! Im gona speak to my CC company and see if they can do anything about getting the money back. Has anyone got there money back at all??? im now in discussion with their support too but over email it takes days!! ive had one reply so far saying its in their terms & conditions but why would you bother reading them for a free trial, you dont expect to get charged!!!

    I have been contacting the company since before they shipped the products through email and on the phone. I was told when I phoned them it would be no issue and i would receive an email regarding this.

    2 days later i got an email saying they shipped the product. Then 2 days after that i received and email stating i am to receieve the products and try them out before I can return (T&C states if i try it i cant get the money back so im not trying it - very sneaky and questionable).

    I have emailed daily at least once if not multiple times a day. Each email comes from a different address. I keep receiving the same email no matter what my request is.

    I have asked numerous times for an RMA # which they have not aknowledged in any email. I have been told twice on the phone that I woudl receieve one.

    It has been a month today since I started dealingn with them. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

    I dealt with these people too! I was checking my cell phone bill and I was wondering what I got charged for since I didn't go over my minutes. The name is listed Kitchwtrlo, ON on my phone bill and I was charged for it. So I was wondering where this is. Turns out it's in Canada. I put the phone number in Google and found this site, now I know! I ordered Power Cleanse and Acai Burn too! But I read about it before and how they charge you $80 after your "free" trial. So I used a Visa gift card to pay the shipping and handling for the bottles so they couldn't take advantage of me. Both products arrived. Somehow though when I called I got through and canceled everything. They didn't mention that they couldn't charge me the money over the phone cause my Visa Debit was empty, but that explains the charges on my cell phone bill. My shipment also came from China and there is even a typo on the pill box. Power Cleanse sent me an email saying that they are required to charge me for the bottle since my 'trial' was over. Here are all email addresses that contacted me for something;
    ***powercleanse@supportwebsales.com
    ***billingsp33@gmail.com
    ***powercleanze@gmail.com - Adam Sounders - Customer support
    ***powerclean11@gmail.com - Victoria Carols - Customer support - Mypowercleanse.com***
    The Acai Burn people never emailed me so I only have the phone numbers from them. What a nightmare! Sorry to hear about everything, I say we should use visa gift cards so we can have the last laugh over these bogus scam companies. They get you by saying the trial is 'free' just 'pay' shipping. once they get that card number the nightmare begins. I say don't trust anyone who wants your card number when they claim they want to send you something 'free'. I'm sure they are reported on the BBB too. Good Luck everyone!

    Yep the old adage is true CAVEAT EMPTOR let the buyer beware. When you read the fine print you see that they are GOING to charge you no matter what you do. They do not even ship it within the "free trial period" then when you try and call to cancel you get a non-english speaking person, who seems not to understand "why you not order". Then when I called got hung up on, no idea it was a out of country call. WOW there is a sucker born every minute, I am one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE "people."
