Duct cleaning service ignoring National Do Not Call List. [***]!!!!

This company calls me every week to book duct cleaning. It has gotten to the point where I just tell them yes I will get the duct cleaning and then cancel when the technician calls to confirm. That way I don't have to deal with the pushy telamarketer. Today they called to confirm and I told them we didn't want the service. That was fine but then the telemarketer called to check if the technician came and I told them no because we don"t want the service. He called me a [***] [***] and a son of a [***]. I hung up. I am confident that they will call again next week. This has been going on for a very long time.

I had a similar experience last week.  I told the rep we just had our ducts cleaned (which is true) and he proceeded to tell me to "F*** Off!"  We exchanged some words and I hung up.  They called back again a few days later.  Getting very frustrated.

pushy sales people theatened my wife, told her he knows where we live.  Like scary movies di**head?  show up at my house....

I have talke to this guy a few times but today was the last straw. While I was at work they called and left a voice mail saying my full name and that he loves me and wants to f*ck me. I didnt recognize the number right away so I got scared. Once I found this page I called the cops and reported it and they are going to put an end to this guy harassing people. I suggest any one else that hears from him does the same.

This number called my dad and when he asked to be taken off the call list the telemarketer called him a F---ing [***]. What company is this and how can I get a hold of them? I'd love to report them.

Invite them over to do your duct cleaning, then have your words with the tech that shows up. Also cancle the duct cleaning AFTER the tech shows up. (Before he does any work)
If he has a problem tell him where to go! Call the cops and file a report of harasment.

Talk to the top guy at the contracting company and tell he you will sue!!!
