This robo caller called my cell phone and wants to lower the rate on my credit card.  Never had them call my cell phone before.

Caller called my cell phone and wants to lower the rate on my credit card. Message says press 1. This call was not from my credit card company.

Keep calling me , both home and cell phone to tell me I'm eligible to "lower my credit card interest rate". Bunch of scam artists.

Called my cell and just hung up. I don't know anyone in Arizona.

They just called my cell. Automated voice starts by saying they are "Card Services" at which time I hung up. *#%!"

Received call from La Paloma Urgent. Did not pick up, but left a message on my machine to lower interest rates on my credit accounts. Another scumbag scammer!

I am on the national and state no call list, but doesn't stop these folks from calling. I don't know what they really are after, as I hang up after the 'lower your interest rate' phrase, since I have no interest in lowering the rates on my credit cards. Unless the call originates from American Express and THEY offer to lower the rate on my card, then I'm good with it.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Same crap here, Orlando, FL area, called my cell phone.  Left VM saying "there's no problem with my account, but it's urgent to contact them abt lowering my rate to 6.9% and this is the final notice..."  What jerks....completely lame [***] that should putt all their efforts at scamming into getting REAL JOBS!  Lazy azz mofo's........

Same thing here in Portland, OR.  Haven't paid attention to  the specific calling number before this one, but I have been getting this type of call for the last couple of months

I just got this too, did not answer but looked up the number right away and found this, which i pretty much figured is what I would find.

Nice thing about my Nokia Lumia is there is a service built right into the phone that allows you to block nuisance numbers like this so they don't ring through again.

Received call on cell phone.  Did not recognize number so I did not answer.  Googled number and found out they were scam artists.  I, too, am on the No Call list. Very frustrating that they are resorting to cell numbers.

Received call on my cell phone and am on DO NOT CALL LIST - did not answer and they of course left no message... I used my card at Target during the security breach!!!!
