Caller ID:" Out of Area 520-265-8782" Didn't answer; no message left.

Out of Area, but answered anyway. Took only 3 seconds for line to become noisy (presumably telemarketer picking up the line), then I hung up before I heard a voice.

This number called from Benson, Arizona. Didn't leave message.

I didn't answer.
They left no message.

Got a call but didn't answer. No message.

Called on my cell phone 10/21/15 10:20am.  No one there when I answered. I will block.

I never answer unknown numbers. They left a message about reducing electric bill 60% before the 14% rate increase "happening soon." Baloney. Blocked.

Got the same thing call came from Benson AZ and I don't know anyone in Benson.

Getting calls from Benson AZ 520-265-8782 , don't know anyone one from Benson, calls but leaves no message, I never answer any calls that has no name, my cell is private  and on the do not call list for whatever good this is, but still get calls from unknown humans

They called twice this morning with some nonsense about reducing my electric bill. Each time they told me this was my last chance to take part. One could only hope! Blocked.

Called this afternoon and left no message, I called back and there was a recording stating, "Press 9 to be placed on the do not call list. It may take up to 72 hours for....."

Yesterday, just background noise for a sec and I hung up. Today again but this time I stayed online. Same as you got Dan. Apparently, only homeowners with over $150/month electric bills can take action against a bill to raise rates. Only homeowners can take advantage of this federal energy discount program. Forget about the voices of the taxpayer that have to rent.  Shows just how legit this isn't.

Cell rang with a call from this number. No Caller ID, just showed the number and "Arizona". I didn't pick up. Looked here and saw that it's a telemarketer.  I'm told that since I'm on "do not call list", any telemarketer can automatically be considered a scam because they're intentionally breaking the law with the call and would surely do it further with any information you might give them. Call from this number to cell phone (on the DNC list), didn't answer, no message.  Blocked now.

Both my co-worker and I got a call from this number...one at 11:16 am and the other one at 11:47.  Co workers area code is different from mine.  Big ole Scam call!
