- meStated I had a lawsuit against me from US National Bank and I stated I didn't have an account with US National Bank. Mr. O'neal was his name and stated that I had a payday loan, which I do not and there was a complaint against me.
- B| 1 replyGot a call from this guy Mr. O'Neal that he was with the federal investigation authorities, department of justice, and I had a complaint filed against me. Then he went on and on to state that I could take care of this myself or there would be a federal warrant issued and that nobody is above the federal government. Not to mention, about 5 minutes before that I received a blocked call that came up on caller id as 9-1-1- emergency, from a guy stating I needed to contact Mr. O'Neal and gave me his phone number. This isn't the first call I've gotten from people like this and it's starting to get really pathetic. What a joke.

- PL replies to BYou really should contact your local police dept and file a complaint with the FTC. These people are rampant and can not for the laws that protect consumers. In addition...it is illegal to impersonate a police officer or pretend to be a 911 agent.
