Every few years I get a call for someone who owned my number more than 10 years ago.  As soon as hear name the name for who they ask, I know it is for collections.  5203668666 is a collections company.  

just cot a call from this #. it was at 7:01 am. i was soo pissed. isnt there a law about when they can call?

These calls are always for the wrong person.  I have common last name  and it's NEVER for me.  Enough already.

No. Debt collectors may not harass you or anyone else, over the phone or through any other form of contact. Debt collectors cannot call you at times they know are inconvenient (or should know are inconvenient), such as before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., unless you specifically agree to it.

When i answer they wait 10 seconds and hang up. So rude.

I didn't recognize the number so i didn't answer the call.  Did not leave a message.

I don't answer unless I recognize the number. If no message is left, I block their number PERMANENTLY!!!
