I too received a call from that number (11-29-2013 around noon) when I answered they hung up. I tried calling back several times and it's always busy, Aggravating

Got a call from this number on a new phone with a new number.  Caller hung up when answered.

Got a call this morning 11/29/13.  it was an automated call from App Services (?) saying I was reviewed and approved for a lower interest rate on one of my credit cards, but did not name which one.  LOL.  SCAMMER CALL

Offered me a lower rate on my credit card - didn't say what kind of card. I don't even have a credit card hahahahaaaa.

I hung up within a few seconds after the recording used the generic line of "account services with your card" - indicating it doesn't know who I bank with and this was obviously a scam or something else that I'm not interested in.

Called and hung up. No messages. Called today in afternoon twice.

Hung up when I answered...   Loser..!!!

Got a phone call on Black Fri (sadly I have to work today) from a number 520-423-0659, claim that my low credit card interest rate (6.99%) will expire soon and if I want to talk to a live representative, press 1. So I press 1 and talked to a guy named Fred Tewart, with thick accent. He asks some common questions like if you ever pay credit card late, etc and ask me to confirm my credit card number. It was stupid and I gave to him along with, the exp date of card, my zipcode and my name. He somehow know the balance on my card and said I am qualified for low credit card interest and will transfer me to a finical specialist. He even gave me his ID # (571) and ext (211) to make him sounds legit.

While I was waiting on the line, I got suspicious and hand up. 20 min later, another guy called me from 702-520-5274, said to lower my credit card interest. I told him that I am busy and he kind got mad at me said Fred called me 2 min ago and you didn't seem busy. I said I was at work and things came up. Can I have your number and call you back. He then said if I call them back it will be long distance phone call. What time he can call back. I told him after 5 pm. This increase my suspicious and I then call my credit card company immediately and freeze my account and get a new card. I then blocked these two numbers on my cell phone.  I doubt I lost any money but I had to wait for couple days for my new card to do Xmas shopping.

Be careful with those type of phone calls and do not fall for that. Credit card company don't normally call you like that to lower your interest. It is the time of the year that people spent a lot on their credit card (especially on line) and have higher chance that their card info get stolen. Hope this would help others.

Recorded message about lowering the interest rate on my unspecified credit card. I'm on the federal Do Not Call list, so filed a complaint with them.

Phishing about credit card information. Gave no information. Somebody needs to get these hucksters behind bars.

Thanks guys! I missed the call and was debating all day whether or not to call it back! Finally I decided to ask Google, and I'm so glad I did!

Don't waste you time with the do not call list. The gov is as useless as tits on a boar hog at protecting anything but their own corrupt ass.

5204230659 called my sister on 11/29/2013 and said it was the final warning and that her credit card was cancelled.  Subsequently a call to the bank affirmed it was frauduent

Scammer - offering lower interest on credit card.  Knew nothing at all about who I was- when he asked my name I told him Bozo T. Clown - he actually asked me how to spell it.
