i got this call from my dauther she was very up set, she told me, that a man named "stanley sins" need to talk me asap because i being sued,and may go to prison for check fraud, the man told my dauther that he was a lawyer for HEARSHE KEMP, and i needed to call him at this # 520-457-5804 before five pm that day if i want to stop this from going to court.. my dauther asked the man how he got her phone# ?   (because she lives in another state,)   he told her that i had put down as my next of kin.  i call the number asked for stanley he seemed nice, told me that payday loan is sueing me for a loan and asked me if i wanted to stop this from going to court, and if i did i had to pay it all within 48 hours, i told him that i belived i payed them in full over three years ago,  he told me i didnt and he had the paper work to prove it,and said this is your ss# -----------. then he said i belive you want to keep this out of court so i'll tell you what i'll put a hold on the lawsuit if i would be willing to do a small (GOOD FATH PAYMENT) right now. i told him that would have to call him back in a hour or two so i can get files out of storage'. he said well if i had a fax he would fax me his paper work. i said well just email me them, ok, and asked me to hold on. then a defrent man called him self ( mike hornbeck ) was now on    the phone stared tell me that i was a theit and i was going to prison for five years and after there done with me i'll pay five times as much,..i asked for he address.he hung up. i called info, this # unlisted unpublist. i blocked my # and call them back a got a recoreding saying- ( thank you for call hearshe kemp, please leave your name add file # and they will return there call. the next day i called again and blocked my # the same lady whos voice was the recording i heard . she said goodmoring how my i direct your call, i said im sorry who did i call ?, she said well who are you calling for? i said i just want the name of the company. she said there's over 30 businesses in her suite and if i had a file # or the name of who call me. i told her i was'nt sure, if she could tell me some of the business name it would help. she said ( i don't have time to name off the names of 30 plus business.) i asked the # i call is used for contacting more then one company in her building why dose her voice mail  name only one (h-kemp) she said     im sorry i dont know what talking about..) i ask if she could give the adddress there, she said one moment please, then hung up..how did they get my ss# ?

I just got a call from these peole too- claiming that I owed for a payday loan from 2005- which is a time I was deployed in Iraq- I told them that it was not possible and started asking questions. When the man got [***] I hung up- too busy for BS. Tonight another man called- stated that he knew my ss# and that he was going to have me prosecuted unless I gave him my credit card number and a good faith payment. I hung up and then clocked ,y num,ber and called back and got a woman. I informed her that I had 2 threatening calls from this numer- I wanted a file number for this supposed case and an address- I was told that in the last 30 minutes my case magically disappeared from their office and I was now being prosecuted- they had issued a warrant for my arrest...ROFLMAO! Seriously?? If you wanted to scam someone you should have chosen someone that did NOT work for an attorney- don't be fooled huys- only a Judge can issue a warrant- and these guys just may be the ones on the next end of it.

I received a call from this number today and the lady stated her name, Lisa Wilks and her extension # 3019. She claimed I had a check that was returned unpaid to her client and I was going to be prosecuted for a bad check if I did not return her call. She was speaking in a loud aggressive voice and at the end of the call she says "Good Luck" and hung up. I also received a phone call from Steve Grivas from 877-787-4717, check out the link below. Wow. received a message on my cell phone this morning from this number  520-457-5804 for my husband saying a check was returned. Basically the same thing they said to other people in this forum. I called and I told the lady I looked up their number and it is apparant that this is a scam. She said she didnt know where I was finding my information so I starting going down the line from this page of what others have said. All of a sudden this man started screaming at me! Said you know what why dont you keep reading the internet and just know we are sending a warrant out for your arrest for not fulfilling a check cash advance areement! and hung up!

So naturally I called back and I said Im just confused because I was first told it was about a bounced check to your client yet now you said cash advance, which is it? He said have you ever even heard of a payday loan? I said yes I'm not an idiot I know what those are and he said well you sure sound like an idiot. I said please mail us the information so we can have our lawyer look at it. He said I can fax it. I said no fax machine. He replied THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE MATTER AND WE NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS TOOOODAY!
I said take our number off our scam list, and I will go ahead and call the authorities to let them know of your harassment, he said well while you have them on the phone go ahead and turn in your husband because its a felony in the state of Arizona. good luck And I replied with a few choice words until he hung up on me! We havent even had a checking account for six years!! he said this happened in oct of 2007!!

Did you ever even hear back from them?! I got a call with the same crap!! Well not even me they called my mom and brother!! I told them I would wait for my legal notice to appear...

I also received a call from this number, twice this morning. The first was to say they were an investigator working for a client to recoup money for a 'bad check" I wrote on a Compass bank. First, I don't have a Compass bank account, secondly I asked them to send it to my address. They asked me to verify my social securtiy number. I said I wouldn't because I could not verfiy who I was talking to. I asked that I be sent written documentation to show such "charges". I asked for the case number so that the attorney I have can review to this and respond appropriately. They then said, "oh, no, it is already decided that you owe this money, so you can either pay us $1000 now or wait and take your chances and pay $3000 with all the fees.
I said that my attorney needed to review this, I needed something in writing. They then repeated my address and then asked me to verify my social securtiy which they read. i refused. they said then that they would mark in their notes that I refused to cooperate and that the first person would let his supervisor know of my refusal to cooperate.
I then received a call from a supervisor 'Kenneth S." repeating the previous callers name "Shawn T." I repeated above. He said I had 3 hours to think about it and then if he didn't hear from me, he would move forward. I have had these calls before and posted about them before als.o
The thing is they do call your work and give them a line of bull. They call any associate and family member and give them dreadful news that I am to be arrested due to fraudulent activity. My son's wife wrote me and said they wanted nothing to do with me due to illegal activity I was involved with. I had a close friend, was a friend, who contacted me and also stated she was tired of them harrassing her and wanted nothing to do with me.

I had also asked for a copy, several times. They said that it was too late, it had been decided. I asked where court was and they said there was none, it was held already. I said if you have my address how come I hadn't been served with a summons or anything mailed. They started to be verbally aggessive. I said listen to me know, hear me now, $%#&*'s, you will not intimidate me. My ex tried for 13 years, what makes you *&#$^ think you would be successful. Send the damn papers and I will have my attorney review and contact you or through legal process, DO NOT CONTACT ME ON THE PHONE AGAIN.
Arggggg!!!!! Anyways, blood pressure down.
