After searching more on this number, another website noted that it was a "spoof" number meaning that it spoofs or tricks your phone into displaying a number that actually isn't real.  

I wish they would quit calling!! They call almost every day!!

I'm sick of this phone number calling me.  Ever since I got a California number with 310 area code, I'm getting these kind of calls.

This number called at about 3:30 and didn't leave a message.

This number just called me at 4;27pm (PST) and I let it go because I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a voicemail...

They are from US Directory Internet Yellow Pages.  Basically, if you have a business to be added to yellow pages, inquired about adding your business, etc., that is why they are contacting you.  If you don't wish to be added just tell them you are not interested.

Picked up after second ring to dead air, like a failed dial-by-machine.

as soon as I asked it there was a fee for this service, she all of a sudden couldn't understand and then she couldn't hear me, and then disconnected!! Sounded fishy to me. I did NOT ever inquiry with any site about adding my business to their directory.

Just got a call & they are idiots. Called back 3 times so I got AT&T to report & block them.

got a message from this number of dead air and called it back from a blocked number and it was the US Directory

Was in the middle of a conversation while receiving an incoming call from 520 505-6488 - caller id indicated this was an Arizona number and I am in California.  I ignored the call as I did not recognize the number.  When I finished my business call I checked my voicemail - there was no message left.  I have had this happen 3 times already and I am just going to now block that number.  Sadly, I have done this before and it happens again and again - I shouldn't have to spend so much time blocking numbers - I should be free from unsolicited calls.

I tried calling the number back....it said "the magic jack caller you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please leave a message"....I did not...but sounds like a scammer.

since i refi'd my home Im getting all kinds of calls to my cell..

These guys have called me 3 times in the last 2 hours! When I answer, there is a msg that says "You have received a call. To accept press one" and then it hangs up on me.so frustrating!

They have called my house 3 times so far. As soon as the answering machine picks up,they hang up, every time.

Nothing, just dead air.

just called me twice.  second time left message.  it was classical music for three minutes and 45 seconds.  just great.  have to call att again.
