Don't recognize the name or the number but there is a Tom Lloyd in the 520 area code who used to be associated with the Arizona Wildcats (University of Arizona.) Maybe the same person?
They didn't leave a message so I have no idea why they called. If they are claiming to be opinion research, they can get around the DO NOT CALL list, but if they are just using that as a ruse for a commercial call, they are out of line.

Rick - 13 Jun 2008Got a call from this number today. The caller id says Tom Lloyd. Claims to Circle of Neighbors, helping inbound college students get funds. Go to www.circleofneighbors.org, see hokey website about colleges. Other webs include www.endowmentawards.org and www.collegeconsultants.org. The latter's profile page lists other organizations, but many are virtually nonexistent, at least via a Google search. If anyone lives in Phoenix and knows Tom Lloyd, tell him to get a real job.

When I called the number There is a message and when I checked the Web page it's not even up and running. I am so disapointed that it's not true from reading above.
